Very disappointed. Online pickup order. I was told I did not order something when I did. An issue with their printout. For years every Hawaiian pizza I’ve ordered had white sauce. It’s on their menu as a blend of ricotta cheese. This is the only reason I go here as I don’t like red sauce. I get home and it’s the most awful red sauce Hawaiian I’ve ever had. Not cut right and all the toppings sliding off. I called to ask if they made changes. I was told I have to now request the white. Very rude with no apology. It was only 4pm and the place was empty. Customer service has changed. No one smiles and it’s unacceptable. I already get wings elsewhere so now I can just get their pizza too and save myself a 2nd stop. The cannoli was the worst ever as well. No effort.

This was my first time eating here per my friend’s recommendation and I was very impressed. You get good quality food for the price. It was the best Italian food I’ve had in years. Mauricio did a fantastic job serving us, nice young man and great atmosphere. Will be coming back again as I found my new Italian place. Keep up the good work

This pizza place is a total win. The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce has great flavor, and the toppings are generous and fresh. Everything tastes made with care, not rushed. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the wait time is reasonable even when it’s busy.
I go back time and time again and I had the Bianca pizza with mushrooms, garlic and onions and WOW!!! I was blown away. My new fave! Yummy

I ordered 2 slices of pizza and chicken wings online. When I arrived to pick it up, I quickly noticed that it looks like no one knows what they’re doing. I stood in line without moving forward for 10 minutes. Everyone in front of me had to wait a few minutes for their garlic rolls, and it took me about 15 minutes to get to the counter ( I was second in line). Get home with my food, the ranch looked/smelled odd. It was yellow, lumpy, and smelled almost cheesy. Pizza was old and stale. I would post pics but it doesn’t let me on this review for some reason. I have lived in the area my whole life and ferros was always a staple in my home. Sad to see a great place go downhill so quickly.

In the 1980’s I would come to this place and order 2 slices and a coke for under $5. I loved going there. I lived in the area and would order frequently from a middle-aged women who would answer the phone “hello, Ferro’s Pizza” in a heavy Italian accent. I moved away but my mother moved into the area 10 years ago and we started going here again always with good service and great pizza.
This week I treated my mom to birthday Pizza from Ferro’s. I ordered online before noon. When I got there, the restaurant was in decline. I was told my pizza was not ready and that the early crew lost the order. I sat and waited. After some time, I was told the pizza was ready all the time, they just mixed up the names.
I got my now cold pizza and went to my mother’s birthday. The pizza was about the worst I ever tasted. Two separate pies both just horrible tasting. Very disappointed, this place has lost it. Sorry if this is still, family owned, you are really letting down mama and pappa Ferro.

We decided to dine in at Ferro’s and had an excellent experience. I had the Chicken Francaise and my husband had the chicken sorrentino. It came with soup and salad and rolls and pasta. Everything was cooked well, the service was great, and the price was extremely reasonable. There was so much food and now we have another full meal from it. I believe Ferros is the most secret gem around!

My family and I have been ordering from Ferros for the last 8 years. We order several times a month. The food is delicious, staff is friendly. I called tonight at 8:20pm for a medium pizza & a fettuccini Alfredo. The host on the phone said they can’t make the pasta because they close at 9… it’s not like there was 10 or 20 minutes left to closing…. It was almost an hour. Mind you pasta takes less then 10min to make.

I had my grandmother in from South Carolina. She is 93 years old. She hasn’t traveled in years and was so excited to have a Pizza like this one. It was cheesy, and the perfect thickness, plus foldable, and super authentic NY style pizza. She grew up in Manhattan before moving to South Carolina as an adult. This pizza made our night so special and wonderful. I can’t wait to come back here and maybe dine in next time.

Best pizza and clam sauce. Amazing owners! Wow. Lasagna was really good but the red clams and linguine? WOW. Pizza is like south italy. Wonderful crust and sauce. Only suggestion being a chef from NY, well i can’t think of any accept a little red pepper flakes or powder into the clam sauce to spice it ip just a bit, it enhances the clam flavor. GooD job!!!! My go to.
