Service—10/10. The waitstaff were so attentive and polite. Our server came back multiple times to check on us.

Food—9.5/10. We ordered the course meal and it was definitely worth it as we got to sample a variety of different dishes. My favorites of the night were the Wagyu, clam pasta, truffle pasta and the raspberry lemon dessert.

Ambiance—10/10. Definitely go during sunset. The views are gorgeous. While we waited for our entrees to come out, we went down to the beach to take pictures

This is one of the most incredible places to watch the sunset—looking out over the ocean with the sun setting behind the cliffs. It genuinely feels like a White Lotus experience. I half expected to see Tanya scattering her mother’s ashes into the water. For fans of White Lotus Season 1, Ferraro’s is where many of the restaurant and bar scenes were filmed. The palm fronds were added to enhance the tiki feel, but the cliffs and beach are exactly what you see in the show.

We had one of the best tables near the balcony with a direct ocean view.

We dined on Saturday, December 13, and both the hostess and our waiter, Nick, wished us a Happy Anniversary several times, which meant a great deal to us—especially since it took 31 years to return to Maui after our honeymoon.

I had the Molokai sweet potato gnocchi with scallops, which was excellent. My husband ordered the fish, beautifully prepared. For dessert, we shared the lemon dessert—a lemon shell filled with sorbet and chocolate “dirt.” Nick also brought us a Happy Anniversary cannoli, which was a thoughtful surprise and made us feel genuinely celebrated. We appreciated our waiter, Nick, making us feel like he was celebrating our special time with us, and even the hostess who wished us a happy anniversary on the way out.

My friends and I came to Ferraro’s for a birthday celebration, and it turned out to be the perfect spot for a special night out. The moment we arrived, the oceanfront setting set the tone—nothing beats enjoying coastal Italian cuisine with the Pacific right in front of you and the stars overhead.

We shared several courses (because how could we choose just one?) and worked our way through a few bottles of wine. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, and the service was both warm and polished—exactly what you’d hope for at the Four Seasons. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit: breezy, open-air, and effortlessly elegant without feeling stuffy.

Ferraro’s really nails that mix of upscale dining and relaxed island vibes. If you’re looking for an unforgettable meal in Wailea—especially for a celebration—this is absolutely the place. Highly recommend securing that reservation and treating yourself.

Great views of the water and sunset, depending on time of year (better in summer and fall). Great wine selection, delicious cocktails, excellent service and Italian food for dinner. Get the bread with butter and burrata for starters. The Veal, Rissoto with marrow bone was excellent! Another great option is the Tagliatelle Bolongase, so tasty! Desserts looked great but too full to try. Get that on my next visit.

We dined at Ferraro’s Italian at the Four Seasons Maui, and everything from start to finish was top-notch. We started with the Kula carrots — fresh and flavorful — and the Ahi crudo, which was tender, delicate, and absolutely delicious. For my entrée, I had the panko-breaded ahi tuna steak, and it was simply perfection — one of the best-tasting dishes I’ve ever had.

The service was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive, and the ocean view made the evening unforgettable. Thank you for an excellent (and yes, expensive!) dinner that was worth every bite.

This was our special diner and so happy we ate here. The restaurant had such a great atmosphere. Everyone from hostess to wait staff to bussers you could tell enjoyed working there. Our view would have been amazing if the sun was up. Our food was as good the wine was really good. Brussel sprouts were my favorite. Beet salad not favorite. Ahi tuna dinner was good but just ok. It was crazy expensive but we knew that when we made the reservation. Happy we went but we’ll try other places next time.

We were sitting down for a dinner before sunset, the servers were very kind and made the experience fun and special. We ordered dessert first and got the tiramisu which was great! For the main course my husband had the squid ink pasta which I tried and we were not the biggest fan. The tomato sauce was too acidic and could have used more balance. I ordered the truffle pasta and it was amazing! My husband tried my pasta and liked my dish more than his also. Altogether I would definitely come here again and I think we would both order the truffle pasta!

After dinner the hotel had a fire show just after sunset which was extremely impressive! It was a real delight to see the fire dancing because we had chosen a luau that didn’t have it, so I’m so glad I still got to see it.

The hotel was quite busy at the time we arrived, the valet drivers were very nice as well.

Recently, I dined at **Ferraro’s Restaurant & Bar**, located within the **Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea**, and the experience was deeply disappointing.

Although we arrived ten minutes prior to our confirmed 7:30 p.m. reservation, we waited over twenty minutes to be seated without acknowledgment or explanation. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the remainder of the evening.

After being seated, it took approximately thirty minutes for our appetizers to arrive. We ordered the Insalata Tricolore, which was significantly overpriced for a very ordinary salad, and the Grilled Kauai Prawns, which were visually appealing but ultimately average in taste.

For our entrées, we selected the Tonno alla Milanese (ahi tuna) and the Spaghetti Vongole. The tuna was particularly disappointing — bland, unremarkable in presentation, and lacking the quality one would expect at this price point. The Spaghetti Vongole was served in what can only be described as a small, appetizer-sized portion and was overwhelmingly dominated by lemon, masking any balanced flavor. The only dish that met a reasonable standard was the roasted Brussels sprouts.

After more than two hours of slow and underwhelming service, we chose not to order dessert and concluded our evening.

Given the pricing, reputation, and difficulty in securing reservations, the overall experience was far below expectations. While the sunset views are undeniably appealing, scenery alone does not justify inflated prices and subpar execution. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Upon arrival at Four Seasons Resorts Maui at Wailea, we decided to grab lunch as our room wasn’t ready yet. We had the most delicious lunch with fresh poke, ahi tuna, wagyu hamburger, and pasta. Highly recommend! And those stunning ocean views

Phenomenal food and service! The outside venue can be hit or miss depending on weather and temperature, but we enjoyed the environment. I highly recommend the TONNO ALLA MILANESE (Panko crusted Ahi Tuna Steak) and strawberry pastry dessert
