Second time ordering from this place and my order was wrong and was charged for it. Placed a delivery ordered and asked for garlic knots with my salads and asked the guy who took my order over the phone to read my order back which had my garlic knots. Fast forward to my delivery, there is no garlic knots but there is some hard bread in the box with my salad. Called them and the short light skin Italian guy was VERY RUDE on the phone and hung up on me when he didn’t make sense, and this is the same guy I went back and forth with in person when my order was wrong before. I’ve supported this business for over 20 years and the customer service I received today was horrible and time again I find myself still trying to support businesses in Plainfield. I will no longer spend my money here as their customers aren’t respected by the staff.

I ordered the Chicken Francese, pepperoni roll, and garlic bread. The Chicken Francese was great not acidity the sauce had great body not running or overly thick.Garlic bread had a nice bite to it. I would recommend the Chicken Francese best in the Plainfield area

Just for background information i have been a plainfield native for 21+years. I grew up loving it!. Now? It has been a back to back disappointment for me and anyone i order it for/with. I bought two italian cheeseburgers and woke up in the middle of the night hugging the toilet while forcing myself to vomit. It truly disappoints me but i guess just like everything in life good things come to an end. Will not be ordering anything but pizza from here on out.

Ferraro’s pizzeria was my favorite growing up but it’s disappointing because they have completely fallen off!!! I was sold burnt, hard & dry broccoli/spinach pizza $3.50 a slice & when I let the gentleman at the counter know that the pizza was burnt he said no it’s not it’s well done ♀️ he did not try to accommodate me he saw I was disappointed but since I already paid I did not get offered a replacement nor a refund. Its sad because this place was a big part of my childhood but it’s clearly different owners so I won’t be returning.

I went on a Monday afternoon. I didn’t realize it was the teen/ high-school lunch spot. I enjoyed my turkey sub. Everything was fresh. The place was clean & the teens were in their own element.

We happen to come around the time that school let out so the place was over run with school kids. I’m guessing it’s a popular kid’s hang out. So I would avoid coming atound that time. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. The food was ok.
