This place is a Hidden Gem on Halsey Road in Parsippany. What an amazing experience here. Ordered an Chicken Cutlet sandwich and when I tell you the amount of pride that went into making this sandwich was second to none. From the placement of the peppers to the layers of chicken, this was precision. Didn’t even have to take a bite to know that this was the real deal. They included a dessert pastry I couldn’t name, but it was like a mini lobster tail. So good. Wound up spending a hour talking food, sports and entertainment. They have daily specials with Italian Hot Dogs on Wednesdays and Roast Beef, Mozzarella sandwich woth gravy on Fridays. I cannot recommended this place enough. Italian authenticity is off the charts. I cannot wait to go back, which will be today for that Roast Beef special..Love this place for so many reasons.. A must stop.

Got the chicken parm sandwich, so delicious. Everything about it was spectacular. We made it ten minutes before they closed and they kindly served us. The food exceeds expectations. The food is always fresh, and always on time. I have never had a bad experience. The owner is extremely friendly and so is the staff. Today, @BigDudesBigFoods met up with @theWednesdayWarriors for a local food run. First stop was @Ferraros_ItalianSpecialties Dana really took care of us. She started us out with some assorted Stromboli. We tasty many of their specialty sandwiches along their famous meatballs, rice balls and fried ravioli. One good thing after another. Everything was so good, I wouldn’t know what to recommend if you go there, but I recommend that you do!!! The Ferraro family makes you feel you are apart of their family. The walls are covered with pictures and history. First time eating here and this place is absolutely 100% a must go! We got the Goodfella with hot peppers, Silver Laker and the Toni Ann with crispy prosciutto. The bread was on point!! No disappointment here. The rice balls . Can’t wait to try the Nutella stuffed pastry!!
