This establishment is clean, staff was professional, friendly, and has great Italian decorations + atmosphere. Multiple TVs for sports and news is nice!

We got the Huge 20inch half pepperoni / half cheese pizza and cheesy breadsticks. The pizza was amazing.. great sauce and cheese flavor! The breadsticks were mouth watering and packed huge flavor. We were told it would take up to 30 minutes to be ready but the order ended up being done in only 10 minutes. Overall, VERY IMPRESSED!

Big shoutout to the cook, Garret? Super friendly, professional and made the experience the cherry on top!

Highly Recommended!

(Note to owner(s), I would highly recommend putting a sign up at your register asking patrons to rate their experience for your restaurant on Google. More reviews mean more customers. Thanks again!)

Me and my husband eat at the Richland Ave location twice a week! When of course our favorite server Sarah is working! She is absolutely AMAZING!!!! She is the sweetest girl! Always working so hard! Always Always gives the best service along with the best food! She always has our drinks ready as soon as we come in the door along with our food order memorized! We told several of our friends about the Richland location and about Sarah, they to have raved about her and the food! We love Ferrando’s and we love love love Sarah!

Stopped here for lunch after Sunday Mass. ordered the everything Stromboli & Zepa Sub with fries, and extra order of fries. The hot sub was excellent – the crusty & soft dough makes the sandwich. Stromboli crust was a bit thin, but filling was great & fresh. Cheese filling was so good. Hot crispy fries were the best fries we’ve had in a long long time. Big portions & very reasonable pricing. We will return to try other items – pizza & wings. Good service too.

Pizza was pretty good. My dad’s baked spaghetti looked good and as described on the menu but my lasagna looked, smelled and tasted like stouffers frozen lasagna with some extra cheese on top. Didn’t look like the menu description at all.

Dined in on a Friday evening around 6pm. Seated immediately but it was very busy especially with takeout orders. Waitress was attentive. Be prepared to wait as everything is cooked fresh. I think our pizzas took about 25 minutes or so but arrived hot. The pizza was delicious and we had some to take home.

This was a great gem to fall upon!! We were looking for another place (that has now closed down), and decided on here after looking at what was available…..So glad we did!! The server was so sweet and helpful, and the food was amazing!!! I usually worry about spaghetti at a restaurant, but it sounded so good, AND it was delicious!!! My granddaughter had pepperoni pizza and loved it!! Hubby had the Works Calzone and thoroughly enjoyed each bite!! If in the area….make sure you try this one and then it will be a regular for ya!

I’ve been going here a long time. But it seems as if the food taste different from 2009 until now. I still enjoy it , I could just tell when new owners got it or the recipe changed . Not sure what happened.

I’ve been eating Ferrandos since they were on Hwy 421 30+ years ago….quality hasn’t changed. Still the best pizza in the CSRA; puts the big pizza chains (Pizza Hut, Domino’s etc) to shame …we live 30+ minutes away and make it a point to come and get a pie to go avery 5-6 weeks or so…and it never disappoints… my wife is from NY and she says this is the closest thing she’s had to NY pizza since she moved down here 20+ years ago.

Our experience at Ferrando’s sadly did not meet my expectations. I had heard good things about it and we decided to give it a try.
Ill start off by saying that our server was great as well as the other staff members we interacted with.

We ordered the cheese bread – this was the only thing that I thought was decent. It could have used a bit of salt in the dough, but otherwise it tasted good.
Our Mozzarella sticks didn’t seem to be made in house, and I did not like them.
My husband order a Stromboli, and he said it was okay.
I asked my waitress if the pasta or pizza was better. She said she preferred the pasta, so I went with the baked ravioli with meat sauce, and I added sausage to it, and picked a Ceasar salad to go with it.. salad was meh, But edible. The pasta was not a good dish. It was sweet, the meat in the sauce was dry, and It felt like it was microwaved, not baked ( I did not ask, though. This is just my assumption with the uneven heating and lack of browning on the cheese on top)I ate one ravioli and tapped out.
Overall, pretty dissatisfied with the food taste wise.
Based on the dough from the cheese bread I wish I had gone with the pizza, it would probably have been more enjoyable.
Also, it didn’t seem like there was anyone in charge there. We asked if they had military discount, they said yes, but came back to say that no one who knew the code to the discount was there. It wasn’t a huge deal not to get the discount, but shouldn’t there be a manager there? And shouldn’t a manager have access to these codes?
Overall, dissatisfied, and it’s not somewhere we would want to revisit if this is the quality of their dishes.
