I heard that this was the best pizza joint around, and boy was I let down with the food. The atmosphere was mediocre, nothing fancy, so it made it great for the family, and they also had some games and sticker stations for the kids. The portions of the food were big enough for us to share and still have leftovers. The flavor of the pizza was okay. The sauce had barely any seasoning and bland. The chicken alfredo had good flavor, but the sauce was more like a paste and got worse as a leftover. It literally turned into a brick. Lastly, the kids’ spaghetti was the best option on the menu, perfect portion, and decent flavor. Service was fast and polite, and the kitchen was partially open so you could see them preparing your food. Overall, I might give them another try, but to be honest, I’m going to stay away for a while in hopes that they get better.

I wasn’t impressed with the food or the service. I ate there twice while in town for the Memorial Day weekend. It took 35 minutes to get my food. My waitress didn’t check on me. I was not impressed with the pasta dish I got. I came back for the $5 slice on Memorial Day. I wasn’t impressed with the flavor. I definitely have had better, but this is a local favorite.

Nice place, great service. Not my favorite pizza flavors, but it was nicely presented and well made. I know many people who just love their pizza, so it is obviously a question of personal taste.

Wonderful staff! They were willing to make a half and half pizza for us with a white sauce on one half and tomato sauce on the other half. So many places don’t allow 2 separate sauces on a pizza. LOVE IT! His and Her Pizza!
TASTY pizza dough! The crust is chewy and just the right thickness…
By the way, the large was way large for 2 of us! We had a small one time through the salad bar as well.
This is a great pizza place!
Fun atmosphere, so glad we stopped for a bite!

A wonderful family owned pizza place located in the best place in California – Ferndale. They make you feel right at home. The Salad bar is fresh and good, the pizzas are hearty and delicious.

I used to visit Ferndale Pizza Co. every time I visited my father, we would eat good pizza and talk for hours.

My Father enjoyed a vegetarian pizza and I enjoyed the Hot Cowgirl pizza. Now that my father has left this world, I go with someone special and still get the Hot Cowgirl.

The owners and staff are friendly, helpful and enjoyable. I have never been less than perfectly satisfied with the service and food. I only wish I could visit more often.

Ferndale is a special place, it exists in a different world, a time somewhere in the past that is welcoming, kind and caring. A must visit place, none other like it.

Amazing food, super friendly staff, and food is awlways hot and out quick. Only thing, is be prepared to sweat. Since they are cooking a lot of pizzas it gets very hot in the building in the area next to the kitchen. Worth it though!!!

Its a good place. Customer Service was great, the staff is like one Big family working together! Price is excellent for the flavor and taste you get. The Menu choices are simple but they emphasize on the fresh ingredients and quality to create a delicious food. For the pizza, i love the Managers Special, the ingredients complements with each other. The garlic cheese bread topped w/ fresh mozarella, paired into marinara sauce dip tasted divine. Linguine w/clams is a must try, its like cook with lots of on it. For sandwich, we tried the chicken parmigiana. The melted cheese on it and the crunch from the bread, Im out of words. Just Go there and try it. Youll know what i mean. The ingredients are locally produced, fresh from the area. The Salad bar was a plus, but you can also order one from Menu.
Its a must to try when youre in Ferndale.

Eh. Nothing to really brag about. Not a fan of the cheese on top. Re-heated tastes blah. No options for crust. Round Table is far better and better pricing. The sauce was bland.

Really good gluten-free pizza. They were very careful and there was no cross contamination. This is one of the few places that I have been in a long time that still has an actual salad bar. The salad was very fresh and there were lots of options to choose from. I will definitely return here if I am in the area again.

That was honestly some of the worst pizza I’ve had. Undercooked dough that had as much flavor as the roof of my mouth. So little sauce that it seemed like it was glazed with tomato soup. Toppings under the half inch of cheese. Read that sentence again: TOPPINGS UNDER. As in the ingredients that go ON TOP of the pizza are buried under cheese that, for a cow town that’s all about dairy, was not good. And even though it was 4:30 with only two other parties in the restaurant, it took over 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen.
Anyone who claims to like this pizza has apparently never left Ferndale. I’ve had better pizza from a gas station.
The picture says it all. Right after I took it, the pie went directly in the garbage. I wish I’d spared the cardboard box the shame of having to be the vehicle for pizza so bad that I realized I wouldn’t even want it when I was drunk and hungry later.
