We visited here Saturday morning (February 28th, 2026) for breakfast. Upon arriving we were greeted by the hostess (female, long, reddish hair and glasses, wearing a denim shirt) and brought to our table. She gave us silverware, water and menus. We gently asked if she would wipe our table off. It had not yet been cleaned from the previous customers. There were beverage spills and crumbs on the table. It was very obvious she was very frustrated with our request, which didn’t sit well with us. A clean table is not an unusual request. Our server was male, dark hair, tattoos. He greeted us promptly and was excellent! The food was very good. We ordered an egg breakfast, french toast and an omelette. We would definitely return for the food and the service we received from our male server, but the hostess probably needs a new job, something that doesn’t involve the hospitality industry.

Our server was very nice. One page menu, but enough options. Good apple jam. Good coffee. Slower, laid back place. Casual and convenient. Have to scan a QR code for menu.

Fenwick’s 300 is the place where locals go to connect, eat great food, and receive the best service in Nashville. Fenwick’s adds a modern spin to the traditional diner atmosphere and menu, offering everything from omelettes, eggs benedict and french toast to bacon and egg fried rice, burgers and salads.
During the week, I go to connect over coffee, breakfast or lunch and see numerous other professionals doing business and networking. On the weekends, I love to go with my husband for breakfast and sit at the bar to people watch and talk with the staff. It’s our go-to Sunday morning, and as local as this place is, it’s always a spot that we take out of town guests.
Not only is the staff welcoming and kind, but they also take great care of me, helping me order traditional items with a twist to accommodate my gluten and dairy allergies. (If you are in the same boat, try ordering the Veggie omelet minus the cheese and milk. It’s a dairy free veggie scramble. I typically add avocado on top, and get the side of home fries with gluten free toast and strawberry jam. This, and most dishes, come with their house made salsa…delicious! Be warned, their veggie sausage is not gluten free, and their grilled chicken is marinated in buttermilk, so it’s not dairy free.
If you can eat anything on the menu, guests rave about the biscuits and gravy, the french toast, the bacon and egg fried rice, and the avocado toast.
The coffee bar features Bongo Java coffee and Rishi Tea, and if you are up for a Mimosa or Bloody Mary, this is the place.
Highly recommend you making this place part of your trip or your weekly routine.

What a great experience. We did have a bit of a wait to sit inside though there was an available table outside that we declined. We were happy to wait to eat in the air conditioning. The whipped goat cheese was so good. Also had the bacon and egg fried rice. Both were amazing! The grey skies latte was very cozy. Loved the innovative menu and friendly and prompt service.

Service was on point. I did not get our servers name unfortunately. Very quick, friendly and professional.
The food was amazing! Breakfast tacos were absolutely delicious.
My wife had the Melrose bagel sandwich and she had said the same thing.
The cappuccino was bold and very good.
I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Neat place. Server was kind but new and couldn’t recommend anything because she hadn’t tried anything. I prefer recommendations by servers at new places but this doesn’t count against them. I tried the chicken salad and it was good. My son had a BLT and it was decent but he wouldn’t order it again. The prices were reasonable and all the staff were kind. I would recommend trying it for yourself.

Latte w/quad shot, perfect.
Steak and eggs w/sweet potato fries, excellent flavor, and texture.
Real butter, real Maple syrup, and Kosher salt here.
Place is beyond legit.

We had the biscuits and jam to start. The strawberry jam was great, and the peach and apple fig were good and not as sweet. I would have liked a sharper knife to cut the biscuits because the butter knife made a mess out of things.
The kimchi Reuben was delicious and I would absolutely order it again. The cheese was so stretchy and the flavor was perfect. The egg and bacon fried rice was very bland and we added a lot of salt, pepper, and sriracha to it. The kale salad (ordered with the Reuben) was good but the dressing was a bit runny.
Our waiter was very nice and service was quick. Our coffees weren’t anything to call home about- the oat milk cappuccino was a little burned and the regular coffee was a little sour for some reason.
Overall the atmosphere and service was great, and most of our food was good as well. We wouldn’t order the fried rice again, but would definitely return for the Reuben!

I don’t think they take reservations so be prepared for a wait on busy weekends. I was there on a Sunday and we were seated at the bar. I enjoyed an Americano while we watched the face-paced staff run around getting drinks and running food. So worth it. I went off the recommendation and made the bacon egg fried rice vegetarian and loved it!!! My friend enjoyed the burger and we ordered the baked goat cheese which came out a little late so we packaged it to go (also yummy even later). I love the history of the location. (See photo of the sign). It was a great vibe and even better food. Highly recommend and will return.
