Local American Chinese Restaurant that has a good location and is a regular stop for passer byers. The service is really good, the owner is very nice, she’s knowledgeable, welcoming and has a stronghold on the front of the house operations. The menu is pretty typical from Appetizers to Entrees. Starting with the standouts which are the Crab Rangoons which are terrific. Miso and Egg Drop Soup, Tuna Mango Wonton Chip are also exemplary. The Sushi is very good very fresh with plenty of good options. Unfortunately most of the Dinner Platters, Chef Specialties and everything else is below par. Inconsistencies across the board with an issue starting and ending in the kitchen with execution. From overcooked rice to extremely overcooked boneless ribs, under cooked broccoli and soggy egg rolls. Everything has a lack of flavor, flar and just a lack of proper seasoning, from the noodles and rice to the vegetables and proteins. My girlfriend use to work there so I navigated all across the menu. The food could be better if there was more focus and attention in the kitchen with adjustments to seasonings and ingredients

Well I had problems with getting my card I called my bank 3 times they said it must be with them.after ,3 times I got to place my order.they told me 45 to an hour all good I know it’s Saturday v times.so I was waiting over a hour or longer then I called my order was not even ready be at least another hour. That’s when I said cancel my order but they have my money and it’s going to be 5 to 7 days for my money hot my bank.i will no longer deal with this place again.i really enjoy their food.i go there a lot have cocktails and lots of food.drop a lot of cash .all said and done they lost a good customer.

Ordered through DoorDash so can’t speak for the atmosphere but the food was phenomenal. I highly recommend the jalapeño poppers the make it differently than the traditional but I found it better.

My family and I love the food from here. We travel at least once a month or more from Chicopee just to dine here. It’s worth the drive for the delicious combo platters and sushi served here. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been there dozens of times with no complaints. Food comes out quick. Their sushi is right up there with K’s. Good sized portions. Crab ragoons are amazing.

Was wanting Chinese food and was in the area so thought I would try. Went on and ordered take-out. Was very clean and the service was good.. wThe food was not to bad. Was a little different from where I usually get my food. But what really made it worth wild was the prices. It was very reasonably priced and the portions were decent sized. I will definitely be heading back there to try some new meals.

This was the best Chinese food I have had in years. Lately the quality seems to be slipping. The egg rolls are greasy and seem like they are batch cooked and sit until needed. The food is inconsistent. We get food there about 3 times a month. I may be looking for a new Chinese food place. My last order was for well over $100 and at pick up the made me pay $.50 to substitute mushrooms. I had prepaid with a card, I had to run out and find the change.

Although there food is just average I live in Westfield and always support our local business. That being said. I have ordered her many times and food arrives late or cold or something’s always wrong. I never say anything but, this evening 2 of us ordered from there and delivery Time was 6:20 PM. It got to be 730 and I began to wonder so I called To check on the status of the order. The gentleman said there was nobody there to deliver it. So I drove myself down there to pick it up. When I arrived, he then proceeded to tell me that I could not pick up my order that the GrubHub driver needed to do it. At this point, I had already paid for the food and asked him for food and he had said he couldn’t give it to me. At that point I said I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I can’t believe you pay for something and you yourself can’t pick it up. But they don’t have anyone to deliver it. So it sits cold and then do they toss it or re heat it for the next customer. Food for thought! Wontbe going here again.
