Delicious hot pot is served at this restaurant in Sunnyvale. Ordering process is easy through a touchpad at your table. The soup base is perfect if you like spicy, and all the dishes were fresh but the portions can be on the small side. Festively decorated interior, along with fast and efficient service. Large free parking lot.

I had an excellent experience at Feng Principal Hotpot. The broth was rich and flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was genuinely attentive. The staff checked in often, refilled the broth quickly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The environment was clean and comfortable, making the whole dining experience even better.

Celebrated my friend’s bday at this new hotpot place in town. It got rave reviews and I had it bookmarked since it opened. I jumped on waitlist right at 5pm and it said to check in by 5:21. We got there and they told us that Yelp didn’t update the waitlist and we were told to come back at 6:10…so we waited around. Our party of 8 didn’t get seated till 7pm! Wowowowow…
Anyway we ordered the split pot with mild spice and tomato broth. Mild spicy had so much ️! We scooped out a big bowls worth of chili. Szechuan chili are no joke. Don’t get the mild if you can’t handle heat . I didn’t like the tomato broth. It was sweet and tasted like ketchup.
We ordered a bunch of items which were all ok. Meats were alright. The cold bar with sauce was ok. I liked the cucumbers. Soft serve ice cream was a hit.
Wouldn’t mind coming back to try the other broths. Wouldn’t wait more than 20 mins though.

We had a fantastic dinner at Chef Feng Hot Pot. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant is clean, modern, and has a great vibe for a night out with friends or family. Everything from the dipping sauce bar to the presentation of the dishes was top-notch. Will definitely be coming back!

Feng Hotpot is my favorite hot pot in the Bay Area. The flavors bring back a real sense of Sichuan and home, the staff are friendly, and service is always smooth. I love that their menu has distinctive, well-made dishes you don’t find elsewhere. A comforting, delicious spot every time.

Everything is so delicious! I especially love the tender beef — it’s thick, tender, yet slightly bouncy. The duck intestine, shrimp paste, and durian dessert are awesome too. The only feedback we have is that the pot is too shallow and doesn’t have enough beef tallow or soup. Each time we put the meat in, the pot stops boiling for a while, and we have to wait for it to reboil.

We were lucky to get seated right away during peak dinner time on a weekday. Nice fresh dishes and affordable prices. We were warned that their spicy broth was more spicy than the average so we went with the extra mild spicy option. Still very spicy to us. The place is super loud though, I had to yell.
