The food was okay, but not worth the hype. We did not realize it was Asian fusion with a fusion menu, so we stuck to the American dishes. The portions were small and the dishes were not very creative. I had the Chilean sea bass and it was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. The wagyu meatballs were also nothing special and tasted like regular meatballs. For wagyu, I expected something softer and richer, but it didn’t stand out.
For an upscale restaurant, you expect more guidance, better timing, and better service. People save up to come here for special occasions, and if they’re paying this much, the experience should match the bill. Overall, nice atmosphere, but the service and food did not justify the price.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel completely welcome. The decor was beautiful — elegant yet comfortable, with great attention to detail that really set the tone for the evening.
The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell the chef takes real pride in their craft.
Our waiter was amazing — attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. They made the whole experience feel personal and special.
Overall, this place deserves every bit of praise it gets. If you’re looking for top-notch service, a stunning atmosphere, and food that’ll have you planning your next visit before you even leave, this is the spot
This is a beautiful designed restaurant. Very posh. It must be one of the nicer looking places in the area. It would be a great date night restaurant and also for a special occasions. There is plenty of parking in lots around the area.
We were seated immediately in a very nice section of the restaurant. Replacement was full by the time we left. I made a reservation for 4:30 PM, which is what I thought it opened, but when we arrived there, they’re already diners leaving. They show do not start until 7 PM so I thought we would have to kill a little bit of time but as it turned out, it was a very relaxed dinner and we finished about 6:20 PM.
It is a very good menu with a very good selection of sushi and steaks and chops. They also have an extensive wine list although it was a little on the pricey side for us. I got the sushi and sashimi trio. My daughter got some sushi rolls and my wife got a salmon entrée. Their salmon came without sides, but that was fine since my wife is not a big eater. I got a hot sake and my wife got a vodka martini.
I would say this is a good place for adults and maybe older teenagers but not kids. This is a definite plus for future occasions.
Wagyu on point!!! Sushi on point. Desserts exceptional!!!
Now onto the real: our server was really slow and we felt like it was slower than the usual fine dining pace. I ordered the sashimi omakase and the jalapeño mule, my husband got some nigiri and the chophouse roll and a cocktail as well. Our drinks were ok, the roll was good too and the nigiri was tasty. My sashimi omakase had a few good pieces but probably like 6-8 of them were just super fishy and made me feel ill afterward. I asked the serve what comes in the omakase and she could not tell me. I mean, I’m paying like $8-10 per piece, you can’t at least tell me what it is and have it be fresh??? Even after it was brought to me she couldn’t tell me what was in it. Overall, I would go back for drinks but I’m not sure if I would ever order food from there again.
