I’ll start by saying this place is really cute! The decor is just right. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed even though it they had a good amount of people there when I went. I ordered the creme Brulee dirty boba with tea and the taramisu mini cake. I enjoyed both, but the cake was amazing! The staff were all super nice and answered any questions I had. Customer service is my biggest factor in revisiting a place, and they are spot on with their customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend trying this place!

I usually order from Feng Cha and have always liked their drinks, but this time was really disappointing. I ordered three Crème Brûlée Dirty Bobas, expecting something creamy, rich, and sweet like they normally make. But what I got was just bland milk with boba.
There was no cheese foam, no caramelized sugar top, and nothing that made it taste like a crème brûlée. It didn’t even look like the right drink. It was just plain milk with old chewy boba at the bottom.
For how much I spent, I expected better quality and care. I’ve been a loyal customer and it’s frustrating to be treated like this. It felt rushed and lazy, like they didn’t even try. Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve had from them.
Feng Cha, please do better — your customers deserve consistency and respect.

Lots more drink choices than Mochinut next door. App was hard to order from. Servers were friendly but not rhat informative. Drinks were ok. 100% sweetness of quite sweet. Interior has some seating but couches need updating with new clean covers.

I came in excited because I had heard great things about this place. The service was good and the staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the product didn’t meet my expectations. I paid extra for additional boba, but the amount I received was very minimal—honestly, it felt like a regular portion or even less. It was disappointing, especially since the boba is my favorite part of the drink. I hope this can be improved, because the place has potential, but I didn’t feel like I got what I paid for.

Of all Feng Cha locations in the metroplex this is probably the worst one in terms of quality. For some reason everytime we order a simple milk tea, the staff just doesn’t know what they are doing. We keep giving the place a chance but no more. Each time, they just don’t give enough ice despite selecting regular or even extra, the drink is overly sweet despite selecting a lower level…the drinks just taste like warm sugar. Every other location gets it right but this one I guess they arent really trained right…

Boba is good, the place is cute, but the owners REALLY lack customer service skills. This is DEFINITELY NOT a welcoming boba tea shop.
Make sure that they don’t get your order wrong, because they will not want to refund you even if they mess it up (and the drinks are pricey)

This place is so cute! And the drinks are phenomenal every time. Feng cha is always a great place to get some good boba!
