Our passion for making tea extends far beyond our drinks. All of our stores strive their best to provide a comfy teahouse experience to our customers. In Feng Cha, we always working hard on finding good ingredients to make our quality drinks and fine pastries, even the music that you hear in store is carefully chosen to ensure a relaxing in-store experience. We are happy to see people of all ages, different backgrounds coming to Feng Cha to chat, hang out, study and work. Friendly smile, great drinks, and open later than other boba places ! What more can I ask for? My go tos are always the fruit drinks being my favorite is the summer melon. It’s so refreshing! Highly recommended and will always stop by after dinner close by!

When I walked in, there was no greeting. While that’s not a huge issue by itself, it set the tone for the rest of the experience. The employee at the front register had a very poor demeanor while assisting the customer ahead of me — no eye contact, no effort to help, and no basic customer service.
When it was my turn, she did not acknowledge me. I stood there waiting while she moved around without saying anything. After a while, she came to the register and simply stood there. I greeted her first, saying “Hi, how are you?” and received no response.
When I placed my order and requested my drink to be blended (which is how I normally order it), she repeatedly said, “Nope, we can’t do that.” It felt less like a policy issue and more like she simply did not want to accommodate the request. When I asked for clarification, it was essentially confirmed that it could be done — she just wouldn’t do it.
I chose to leave instead.
I genuinely like this company overall, but this was my first truly negative experience, and unfortunately, it was bad enough that I won’t return to this location. Customer service makes a difference.
