Oh, these burgers are amazing. One of our friends from church recommended this joint and she was not wrong. The char on the burgers is very tasty. The ingredients seem very fresh.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Very very good burger

First time eater at Feltner’s. I had the Hometown and fell in love with pimento cheese on my burger and you can’t go wrong with a fried green tomato on your burger. It was amazing! The service was quick and friendly. The place was extremely clean. Can we get one of these in Kansas City please?

Recently relocated to the Fayetteville area and was on the hunt for a quick home-style hamburger. This location was close to home, had online ordering and offered curbside pickup!
Ordering was painless and considering the location was packed when we arrived, we still received our food fast. We both ordered the burger combos and a side of fried green tomatoes. Everything was hot and delicious!! This restaurant will definitely be put on the top of our go-to places!

This burger joint is an absolute gem! The burgers are amazing—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The chili fries? Pure perfection—savory, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. On top of that, the prices are super affordable, making it a great spot for a delicious meal without breaking the bank. The atmosphere and music create the perfect vibe, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend

I used to love Feltners at the OG location. Their new spot just seems off. The burgers have settled into an average category. Maybe I came on the wrong day, I just left disappointed . Service was great. Their patio is nice. Overall I wanted to have a great experience but it just missed the mark.

Small, quaint burger joint famous for burgers! Made to order, and many unique options/names of burgers. I love the option for sweet potato fries. Each time we’ve been here it’s been PACKED and DELICIOUS. We always to try eat here when in the area.

TL;DR excellent burgers, excellent fries, terrible sauce; do not bring people with allergies.

I cannot recommend eating here if you have allergies, because they mislabelled at least one ingredient. I’ve only ever had to say this to a restaurant once before; I genuinely didn’t think it would happen again-

The staff was really nice, no complaints. I’m not putting this on the staff; this is on whoever (mis)wrote the menu and put people with allergies at risk. Miracle whip and mayonnaise are both white spreads, and that is where the similarities end. They aren’t even the same shade of white. They have wildly different ingredients. They have wildly different flavors. You might as well serve an Alfredo sauce or vanilla cake frosting and call it mayo if you’re going to put the word “mayo” on the menu and then proceed to apply any other white spread that is distinctly not mayo. It’s not a “cute colloquial thing” like soda vs pop. This is an allergen concern, not even that uncommon. Someone with a corn allergy can consume mayo but not miracle whip, while someone with an egg allergy can consume miracle whip but not mayo. It’s not a difficult distinction; they are clearly labeled when you purchase them, so I don’t know how they get dangerously confused and wrongly advertised. Had I been told they don’t have mayo after I requested mayo and saw mayo on the menu, I would have gone without instead of having a detestable spread applied to ruin a meal.

That being said, it’s also in the Feltner sauce, which I was also wrongly told contained mayo. It is cloying and a very one note sugar sauce from the sweet ketchup on top of the sweet miracle whip. Side note, why is everyone’s special sauce ketchup and *Salad Dressing* or ketchup and mayo? I was told there was also Sriracha in it, but I couldn’t tell. I tried dipping with fries and dipped the burger and it was definitely not for me.*

They were pretty busy when we came in, but they were keeping up well and we got our order pretty quickly. They run things pretty smoothly. It wasn’t too messy. The noise level was normal for this country. Definitely family friendly.

The fries were excellent, the very definition of a perfect french fry you’d see on tv. My burger was amazing. I got the mushroom Swiss burger- it was cooked perfectly, the mushrooms didn’t taste canned, and it wasn’t overwhelmed with grilled onions. The only low note was the Feltner sauce.

My boyfriend got a basic burger, and when he picked it up, it poured liquid out. I don’t know if it was from the meat, the tomato, the pickles, or the lettuce, but it was a comical trickle of wet that went on longer than you’d expect. My burger didn’t do that and we had the same meat, so we genuinely have no idea where that much liquid came from, but he said it was fine and he ate it. Washed lettuce that held fluid in a fold? Idk, he thought it was the meat because it was slightly oily, but the burgers were NOT overly greasy, so don’t take that the wrong way and think you’re getting a sloppy grease burger. That is NOT what they serve; the meat was great, and the price wasn’t terrible.

I would recommend this place to anyone without allergies who likes a great burger. I would eat there again, but I’d ask for mustard or take it home where mayo means mayo, and I don’t have to play “guess the sauce.”

If I’m coming off a bit harsh here- allergies are serious, and I’ve got one friend with a corn allergy and a few with an egg allergy. I don’t want to watch them turn purple over something easily preventable. I asked for something specific, which was specifically written on the menu, which is also what people with allergies do, so it’s important to be honest about your product.

*All opinions are my own- you have different tastes than I do, so make choices based on your preferences- you may like a highly sweetened ketchup sauce. You should try it. I prefer mayo and ghost pepper; we are all different. So give them a shot; they have good burgers. And always give your corn allergy friends diet soda.

Really juicy and delicious burgers here. Each beef patty is 1/4 pound and bursting with angus flavor. Had a heck of a time deciding which menu item to try since they all looked fantastic. Settled on the mushroom swiss and it did not disappoint. My kids had the kid burgers with fries and they loved them. We were warmly greeted and treated well by the staff. There were lots of people eating in, but it took only about 5-10 minutes to get our food. I will definitely go again.

I’m not sure if this restaurant is under new management, but we’ve experienced issues on our last two visits. Previously, it was burnt buns; this time, the onion rings were severely overcooked. When we asked the server with the short, colored hair for a replacement, she hesitated and said she’d have to ask. That’s not the response you expect in the service industry.

While we were sitting outside, I noticed the same server cleaning tables. She started with the seats, wiping food onto the table, and then missed spots, leaving some food behind. Cleanliness is important to us, and it seemed to be overlooked, especially since we were the only ones on the patio.

Additionally, there was a pile of food left on the floor nearby the entire time we ate. My bun wasn’t grilled properly, and my wife’s barbecue burger lacked flavor despite being a favorite in the past. This inconsistency is concerning. Customers expect the same quality and cleanliness every visit.

As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. The server’s response and lack of attention to detail could drive patrons away. Basic standards like proper cleaning practices and consistent food quality are essential.

I don’t often leave one-star reviews, but I hope this serves as a wake-up call for staff training and attention to detail. We’re not picky—we just have standards.

I’ve included a few photos to illustrate our concerns.
