The cozy ambience makes you feel welcome at night with views of NY city skyline. Very intimate and romantic with a friendly staff. Celebrated with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day weekend and from the drinks, I had a passion fruit margarita that was recommended by our server and my girlfriend had a Sauvignon Blanc. The Blanc was crisp and chill while the margarita was really good. For appetizers we ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana and let me tell we finished that in minutes it was so good. For Entrees ordered a NY Strip Steak and my girlfriend had the Bronzino. First the steak, simply amazing. It was juicy, tender right amount of salt and had it with the blue cheese gorgonzola sauce so good. The Bronzino was lacking flavor despite the rest of the dish being good or it would’ve been a hit that was the only downside. The truffle fries with the mayo were excellent, warm and crispy. For dessert we had the Tiramisu Della Casa and it tasted incredible with coffee ice cream you won’t regret it. Great place to take pictures just make sure you are by the right lighting to get the best shots. If you are looking for a Waterfront intimate romantic restaurant this is a great choice from the atmosphere, to service to food definitely coming back again

We went on Valentine’s Day and there were some things that definitely disappointed me. They brought bread to the table when we got there and it was dry and not very flavorful. The Porchetta Baby Back Ribs appetizer was overcooked dry, hard, and tiny. The service was ok, but for the price I expected it to be excellent. Our waiter wasn’t familiar with the menu or their beer offerings and he fogot things that we requested multiple times. My filet mignon was a little too charred. It was good, but I was expecting it to be great so I was a little disappointed.

The location is very cool and the views of the river, city, and statue of Liberty are great. My wife got the Braised Short Rib which was delicious and the tiramisu was a good portion and very tasty.

They have a rooftop wedding venue owned by the same company, but we got three different answers about whether we could go up for drinks after dinner. We heard that we could, but someone else said not until a certain time and someone else said it was rented out for the whole night for a private event.

We love the Ridgewood location and we also had a good time at the Summit location so we were really looking forward to a romantic date night. We enjoyed our drinks and still had a good time, but with tax and tip we spent almost $400 and our experience was far short of that pricetag. It was a little busy for Valentine’s Day, but with a small, pre-fixe menu every dish should be perfect. It left us thinking that we probably wouldn’t go back.

We just dined here to celebrate a birthday on a Sunday. Started off with a cocktail that was garnished with cucumber and a lime that contributed negative points to the presentation in my view. Continued with an order of 3 different oysters and the food runner had no idea which was which. Several more instances of server’s lack of knowledge about the menu/restaurant. However, rounded up to 4 stars because he was attentive and provided friendly service. Caesar salad was excellent – heavy on the dressing but liked the crumbs dressed in. The steak was cooked as ordered and it was fine. Pasta was okay.

We did the set menu for valentines day, it was so bad, they give you some bread at the beginning while you order it was cold and didn’t feel fresh, then we picked 2 different starters to share, the ribs, hard, cold, like felt like deli meat the burrata was ok but nothing particularly different. Then we decided that we wanted the filet mignon which it was 12usd more that I didn’t see any problem with it. The temperature of the cut was cold, it had two sides, a potato which it was very hot temperature wise and broccolini that was cold too so I’m sure how long was that sitting on a counter to. Be that cold, my husbands was a little more warm. The desserts were OK and we had a bottle of wine (40 usd) we paid 324 usd with tip with is not worth it at all

The music was good I have to say, but it’s a bummer really.

Felina Steak at Hudson House, in Jersey City is an experience from start to finish. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and somehow it only gets better from there. Every dish and drink was superb. I started with a dirty martini with olives stuffed with blue cheese (a must), followed by oysters, calamari, a classic wedge salad, and the Lobster Fra Diavolo—each one better than the last.

Dessert was incredible, and the limoncello deserves special mention—it truly rivals any I’ve had on the Amalfi Coast.
What truly set the evening apart was our server, Carlos. His service was exceptional—attentive, intuitive, and genuinely thoughtful. It felt like he anticipated what we needed before we even asked.

I highly recommend Felina Steak. It exceeded every expectation and did not disappoint. I’ll absolutely be back for New Year’s dinner.

My husband and I had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner at this restaurant. The food was exceptional and the service was top notch! Weeks later we’re still thinking about that Tomahawk steak. I highly recommend Felina Steak for any special occasion. The proximity to the city cannot be beat. Thank you for making our night special! We will certainly be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)

We had dinner at Felina Steak in Jersey City and overall, the experience was great — with a few hiccups.

The food was fantastic! The pizza was outstanding, the meatballs were full of flavor, and the truffle fries were addicting. I ordered the filet mignon, which was a little overcooked (I asked for medium), but still very good. My husband ordered the pork chops, and he absolutely loved them — tender and perfectly seasoned.

Unfortunately, our server was not attentive. He never came back to check on us after dropping off our meals and even messed up our martinis.

The saving grace of the night was the manager, who was truly exceptional. He immediately made things right by comping our drinks, was incredibly professional, and even invited us upstairs to see the beautiful rooftop bar and lounge. He completely turned our experience around.

Despite the service issue, we’ll definitely be returning — the food, ambiance, and management made a great impression.

Celebrated our anniversary here. The entire experience was amazing. We got dirty martini and felina Negroni, Caesar salad, and a half dozen oyster to start. Followed by cacio e Pepe and filet mignon. Finished the meal with espresso, tiramisu, a surprise berry cake and complimentary limoncello. Esteban and the staff provided exemplary service and went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special. There was also a live band which completed the entire experience. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s 21st birthday! The food, drinks were delicious. They also made his birthday very special by giving him his personalized menu. The staff was very friendly. The view of the city and the Statue of Liberty was beautiful.

Came here for Valentine’s Day and was given a prix fixe menu, which is understandable for the occasion. I asked for a window table with a view, but was told none were available, even though there appeared to be an open spot. I’ll assume it was reserved.

The ribs we ordered as an appetizer were dry and lacked sauce or much flavor. For the main course, my significant other had the seafood risotto, which was very good. Unfortunately, my filet mignon was underwhelming and not plated in a particularly appealing way.

Overall, it was an okay first experience, but I don’t see a strong reason to come back. The food didn’t quite justify the price. That said, our server Garret was excellent—very attentive and professional throughout the meal.
