What an outstanding deli! I had the pastrami Ruben….fingers to lips good. Very tender and melt in your mouth. The toasted bread was perfect because both sides stayed toasty and didn’t get soggy. My husband had the turkey sandwich and he said it was great as well. We both had the fries which were delicious.
We stopped here on the way to the airport and next time in town will be visiting this establishment again!

A true New York Jewish deli sandwich in Utah. The sandwich was stacked high, packed with flavor, and exactly what you want when you walk into a place like this.
The pickles were fine…nothing special. The fries were cut super thin and fried a bit too much so many of them tasted more like chips than actual fries. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was pleasant.

I was craving for Reuben sandwich and after hearing many people say that this place has the best reuben sandwich, I gave it a try. I have to admit that my understanding of reuben sandwich is very limited—that realization came after I took the first bite of the sandwich here. The bread was perfectly cooked with good butter. The meat was delicious and goes so well with the thousand island and sauerkraut. I got the reuben combo so I can try both pastrami and corned beef. Both are good but I like the corned beef more. The fries taste good BUT it’s very oily that I throw more than half away. I think they cook a lot of fries and put them in a bucket, so those at the bottom of the bucket got soaked in the oil. The restaurant is packed and even I went at 2, I still have to wait for 10-15 minutes for a table. So, I ordered to-go instead. They forgot my fries so I had to come back to pick it up (a bit annoying that they didn’t check the order before handing it to me). Also, they put “add pickle” but I didn’t ask for that. Not sure if I was charged for it…overall, I would be back. The sandwich definitely lives up to the praises.

This place is legit. We showed up for lunch and it was absolutely packed. In hindsight I would have avoided the lunch hour or about 12:00 to 2:00. After 2 it calmed down a lot. I got the sloppy Joe and it was a fantastic sandwich! The sloppy Joe is a triple decker and quite tall though, so eating it can be a little messy. The fries and fry sauce were absolutely amazing. Overall definitely a 5 star experience. Feldman’s lived up to the hype.

I went to a famous LA Jewish deli, and the pastrami sandwich didn’t compare to the one I just got at Feldman’s the meat was much more moist and tender. It’s great to see a family operation that can thrive. It was full up for lunch, but the food came out very fast. It’s a top place in Salt Lake and the best for a pastrami sandwich.

We missed the bagels, as they ran out. Breakfast isn’t all day, or we’d have ordered a BEC. Instead, we enjoyed thinly sliced, tender pastrami on rye, the classic, with a side of potato salad.
When I asked if they still had pastrami because we’d overheard the server say they were out of bagels to the table near us, the same server asked a little tersely what we meant.
“Why would we run out of pastrami??”
“Because you ran out of bagels?”
Not a great start. Sorry I asked.
We ordered a pastrami but had to specify which one; it’s in several dishes.
Pastrami was a tad salty but we loved its tenderness & the softness of the rye bread tore apart a little as I ate it, which they get from a local bakery (ask to buy a loaf for $7). Accompanying potato salad had other bits in it & my husband found the flavor a bit mild. Pickle is not dill so you get cucumber flavor & not a lot of sour punch.
Stay for dessert. New items come out on the counter all the time. We scored a pricey croissant donut, to go.
Service is efficient but harried if there’s a crowd. Prices are pricey overall.

A balmy December afternoon invited us to eat outside at Feldman’s where food, service and atmosphere did not disappoint. Lox plater with GF bread was fresh, so tasty and beautiful to behold. Classic pastrami ruben done so well every time! Thanks Feldman’s!

This place was recommended to me by some friends for authentic Jewish deli vibes, and I enjoyed it! My Rueben was really tasty. The bread on the sandwich was a bit soggy, and but overall, it was really flavorful and packed with meat.
Unfortunately, they seemed to be understaffed, so it took us about 25 minutes or so to order, and then another 30 or so to have our food come out, but the service as a whole was still great for how many workers they had. I’d definitely come back and try something else they have in the menu. Worth checking out if you like Jewish delis!!
