Went to Fei’s Carriage Restaurant & Lounge for the first time. I’m from Seattle and I was in town to visit my husband’s family. My sister in law suggested this place! Ordered a cheese burger with garlic fries! Super delicious and very fresh tasting. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it !!!

Idk why the reviews are so low… this place is delicious and the service is amazing! Love the waitress we had.. the portions are crazy big, get the fried pickles! They are big pickles not sliced. I got the shrimp Alfredo and it was delicious. The Asian food is delicious too. They can do everything. We ate so fast I was only able to take a pic of half my pasta lol

We went there for Christmas with our family. The waitress forgot about us to the point I had to get her attention to order, at which time she literally told us sorry I forgot about you guys. I had to ask for my drink 6 times before it came. I had to get her attention to ask for refills every time. My husband was served his soup but my son and I weren’t until I asked for it after he had finished. My husband’s dinner was served before our appetizer was. Our appetizer never came. After a hour of waiting for mine and my son’s food I asked how much longer it was going to be since my husband had been done eating for a half hour and we still hadn’t even gotten our appetizer. She informed us our order hadn’t even been started yet (it was Chinese food, my husband’s was the special) so we changed ours to the special just so we could eat before my son had to leave for work. Our food was so gross when we got it (prime rib, baked potato, and broccoli) that my son took one bite of his prime rib, spit it out, and didn’t eat anything. I took one bite of my prime rib and put it off to the side and ate my potato and broccoli. I wish we would have left like a few other tables did but we were limited on choices and time because after dinner my son had to go to work.
We were there for almost 2 hours total. There was no professionalism. People in the back were yelling at eachother and the wait staff, our waitress forgot about us, ignored us, and talked poorly of/about coworkers. The cooks (per our waitress) were clueless and started orders in the wrong direction after being backed up; hence our way to long of a wait for our food that was never started.
This was a horrible experience with bad food that took two hours of the four and a half hours we had as a family for the holidays between our different shifts. I wish I could give zero stars but a one is the minimum.

Today around 2 pm ( so the owner knows who to credit ) was the best food we have had there in a long time. Whoever the new cook is is amazing. We love the live music and the food is hit and miss but today the food was spectacular. We had stuffed hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy. The stuffed hashbrowns was the best they have ever been. Venue is always on key now the food is back!

I’ve been there a few times it’s not like I never gave him a chance.n Really? Never been happy with a service or the food. It’s almost as if they buy the Chinese food carry out and then they reserve it to you my opinion. Definitely. It took a while to get the food. And then when the food got there, it was cold. And then the waitress blamed it on the cook. ThennI asked for extra food and I got charged for it , but I never really got extra food

Ew. Seriously ew. Our normal Chinese food place was closed, so we tried this place. I phoned in our order at 5:15pm and was told it’d be ready to pick up in 30 mins. I went in to pick it up at a the 30 min mark and was told 10 more minutes, that they were training a new cook.

We get it home and yuck. The Schezuan Beef was basically coagulated soup/stew. The General Tso’s chicken was small pieces of chicken and rice with a container of the sauce, which oddly tasted like a gravy. The Beef Lo Mein was mediocre at best. The fried shrimp was just some frozen boxed shrimp from US Foods or Costco and the best thing we ordered. $88 dinner that no one ate. My 11 year old said “Even the Fortune Cookies suck.”

I’m giving 1 star because I didn’t go for the atmosphere or service. The food sucked.

I came to enjoy some Chinese cuisine and was actually recommended to come try this restaurant. So I did come and it’s actually a really cool place to come and enjoy the food. The cuisine is authentic Chinese cuisine and they have one of the BEST bars I have seen in the entire United States. Trust me the vibe here is golden, it’s a good place to bring the family and enjoy the day or night.

Visited today for lunch after church. Food was incredible! Carriage burger was awesome and they even lettuce wrapped it instead of a bun for me. My wife had the chef salad and it looked really good. All of us left happy. Really impressed with the super thick bacon they have, gotta come back for breakfast now!

Let’s prepare for a rant. This is the type of review that is being left as a straw that broke the camels back.

I would say this is probably the sixth time that I have brought my wife to this bar specifically for karaoke. And I’ll keep this very short. The service is never any good meaning we have to track the only bartender down in a sea of people to get a drink . I will say that she seems to be nice but very inexperienced. She doesn’t know how to make any drinks that you asked for or cocktail specifically. Now for the karaoke because that’s specifically what my wife and I look forward to. It is first and foremost, a crapshoot on whether or not there will be any karaoke at all, even if you call 10 minutes before coming down to ask if there’s any karaoke. Just because they tell you that there will be karaoke does not mean that there will be karaoke Apparently. So planning ahead is pointless. It’s very clear that they do not cut anybody off that is overly intoxicated because you have to really watch your peas and cues and making sure that you don’t bump into the wrong person when you’re walking through that bar because you might bump into the wrong person that’s 10 sheets to the wind and ready to kick your ass if you bump their elbow. I refuse to be one of those Karen’s that leave a long review just because they didn’t get their way, so let’s keep this simple. I’m leaving a not perfect review for the simple fact that this is an inexperienced bar that needs to have more experience staff and they need to all communicate with each other effectively so that they’re not miss-scheduling entertainment or events and providing the wrong information to customers especially ones that call 10 minutes before they come down, with $200 in their pocket to blow and planning to have a good night and let a little steam off through a microphone in a healthy way. I just don’t understand why dive bars have to live up to the deepest meaning of dive bar in the most negative way possible in order to exist. Why can’t dive bars be a positive endearing term with professionalism and character?
