THEY also have a modern grill with real charcoal that automatically turns over the shish kabob like sticks on the table. Service was decent. I would definitely go back.
There is a rotating type of grill at each table. This holds the skewers over the cook area.
I saw the prices were on the steep side per serving of skewers ($20++) but we were already here and didn’t plan on going elsewhere.
Quick and simple service: each wait staff had an electronic device to take your order.
Beef skewers come 10 per order, we requested half spicy half plain.
Chicken and pork skewers come 5 per order. These came out half cooked through and took just a short time on the grill to cook thoroughly.
Whole lamb rib chop is 4 per order.
Chive and eggs dish is delicious and seemed to be a LOT of chive- flavorful egg done to just enough firmness.
Cucumber salad is a full dish, probably did not need an entire plate of it. Also good and refreshing.
Rice is not included.
Minimal banchan, kimchi was not the usual Napa cabbage but regular chopped cabbage.
Steamed dumplings came about 15 pieces per order, simple and satisfying.
Because of the grill setup at each table, a lot of leg space is extremely limited.
Tables are slightly tight, I could not fit my feet on the floor properly and asked to be moved to the back table.
Food quality was alright, but I think quite overpriced.
Probably better for groups out for some drinks, not so much a meal?
Each skewer is at most 1 ounce per portion. So maybe 6 or more skewers per person.
For the price we paid, I’m sure I’ve had better quality and amount of beef, etc…at other places.
Smaller parking lot and there are signs designated for laundromat only.
At least I tried it!
One thing I really like about this is that you don’t have to do anything and just wait for them to get cooked as the machine continuously rotates these kebabs.
Parking was one of the main reasons why I didn’t want to return here. If you go during night time after business hour like I did, it would be a bit easier since the business near by are closed so you can go there and park for a short walk. Otherwise, good luck and have fun finding parking!
Overall, still a very enjoyable experience. Strongly recommend!
I recently tried this new lamb skewer restaurant in Buena Park and really enjoyed it. The lamb skewers were flavorful, with a distinct cumin-infused seasoning that gives them a bold and aromatic kick. Most of the other meats here also use a similar spice base, so if you’re not a fan of that cumin-heavy profile, this might not be for you — but personally, I loved it.
One of the highlights is the self-rotating skewer grill at each table — a fun and convenient novelty that adds to the overall experience. The restaurant is newly opened, so everything is clean and well-maintained.
Prices are slightly higher than other nearby Chinese restaurants, but considering the quality and unique setup, it’s definitely worth a try.
Highly recommended!
Our favorite are the lamb kebab and the Dan Dan noodle, they are sauced very well. I recommend ordering the combo so you can a little of everything.
We ordered the lamb skewers 10pc, beef skewers 10pc, pork skewers 5pc, bread rolls 2pc, and warm noodles. They give side dishes but they were not super good. The bean sprouts were not seasoned enough and the coleslaw was meh. They do refill them for free if you ask. It took around 10 minutes for the food to be served and we began cooking. The rotating cooking machine was cool but the fire was uneven so the meat would cook fast on the middle and not the side. The fried buns were good though. The warm noodles were not bad, just spicy.
As for the taste, the skewer meat quality was pretty good. The seasoning was good but too bad they didn’t have many sauces to dip and most of them were spicy.
Overall, the experience was pretty good but overpriced to eat skewers. I guess the meat is bigger than other skewers but the smaller skewers are more flavorful. Would recommend coming here to try it once but that is about it unless you really like the self cooking skewers part.
Fei Xiang Gong has auto spinning BBQ skewers Grill, right in the middle of the table. Total GAME CHANGER!! They have a second rack to add the lamb chops and cooked skewers. Beware of the flames, especially when getting trying to get the perfect shot. The metal skewers can get hot as well.
I find myself liking lamb more and more. Maybe it’s because of amazing lamb dishes like their lamb kebabs and lamb chops! So flavorful and juicy!!
My son devoured the Fried Sweet & Sour Pork!! A definite MUST-TRY!!
We tried:
Spicy lamb kabobs (MUST-TRY)
Beef tendon kabobs (great texture)
Brisket with mushrooms kabobs
Lamb Chops (MUST-TRY)
Fried Sweet & Sour Pork (my son’s FAVE)
Cucumber salad (refreshing & crisp)
Fried eggplant
This place can get pretty packed! Parking: do not park in front of the office the laundromat. When it gets really busy, the service can be slower at times. They do walk around the tables so just get their attention.

Perhaps the taste of the food is localized.
These days, eating out is expensive, so I miss the prices and taste of the past.
