I often will treat myself to an organic panini, Mike makes them the best! Love that that they have organic sourdough bread. “Let it Beet” is also a favorite as it’s truly unique topped with the highest quality sauerkraut, which I also purchase here.
Have to love the Free Espresso ☕️ available to members here…
There’s so much to love here! Highly recommend. 10/10
In about 2015 I made the decision to go 100% organic, scratch cooked, gluten free, & whole. That means I could only eat what I cooked, or eat at places like this. In that process I lost 50lbs, but a few years ago started eating inorganic and in restaurants, and 25lbs came back on, so now that I’m going back to the organic lifestyle, I’m always on the lookout for more 100% organic eateries. In the entire mid Atlantic, I only know of 2 other eateries that are truly 100% organic. Real Raw Organics in Ocean City, MD, and Mom’s Organic which is a small grocery chain that serves food in some locations. A lot of places, especially chains, claim to be organic, but when you read the labels, it’s only a portion, typically a small portion, that is. When I lost and kept all my weight off I was truly 100% whole foods organic, so that doesn’t cut it.
We ordered the bok choy veggie soup which was absolutely slamming. A spice protein shake, equally as great. An acai bowl, fire. Juice, some chips, and hummus to round it out, all great.
I saw a few negative reviews saying that the smoothies weren’t good. I can at least say that is the cleanest best tasting smoothie I’ve ever had outside my own Vitamix at home, right up there with Real Raw in OCMD. If you’re coming from a place like playa bowls, smoothie King, etc., where they add a ton of processed sugar to their bases, then yeah this isn’t going to taste sweet enough for you. But just ask them to add the raw honey that they have there, or, I’m sure they have stevia or monk fruit extract they could add to make it sweeter. I personally like a big dollop of raw honey on my acai bowl. An acai bowl base really shouldn’t be that sweet, if it’s not loaded with processed sugar.
My only suggestion would be to add ‘Organics’ to the name. My friend found the place, but I might have missed it otherwise. We’ll be back everytime we’re in the area.
i gave it 5 stars because it really is that good! and i think everyone can benefit from a bit more healthy self care;)
