I am a frequent customer at this restaurant, and I can confidently say that it continues to exceed expectations every time I visit. The food is consistently fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Whether dining in or taking food to go, the level of care put into each order is evident, and that kind of consistency is not easy to find.

What truly sets this place apart, however, is the outstanding customer service. The staff is always welcoming, patient, and professional, even during busy or stressful moments. They go above and beyond to ensure customers feel respected and taken care of, which is why I continue to support this restaurant regularly.

On multiple occasions, I have personally witnessed the staff handle difficult situations with remarkable professionalism—especially during a recent incident involving an extremely rude and hostile customer. This individual (LORENNA HALL) used vulgar and disrespectful language toward staff members and later attempted to portray themselves as a victim after leaving a public review. Despite being treated unfairly, the employees remained calm, respectful, and composed, refusing to engage in negativity or escalate the situation.

It is disappointing that customer service workers are sometimes subjected to such toxic behavior. No one deserves to be verbally abused while simply doing their job. The way this staff handled the situation speaks volumes about their character, training, and dedication to maintaining a positive environment for all guests.

In a time when it’s easy for people to misuse review platforms, it’s important to recognize the truth: this restaurant delivers quality food and exceptional service, and the staff deserves appreciation—not hostility. I will continue to support and recommend this establishment, and I hope others do the same.

I picked up Super Nachos through the drive through. It was quick. We brought them home to eat. These chips were not at all soggy. Very delicious, meat was tender and toppings were plenty. I could only eat 1/2 would be easy to share. By far this is the best drivers through Nacho. Service was great. You know I will be back.

This Federico’s location has hands down the best mini carne asada tacos. The cook is excellent, and the food quality is consistently great. Unfortunately, the customer service from one particular young woman completely ruins the experience.

She is the same employee that many other customers have mentioned in previous reviews. (She can barley speak English). Every time I use the drive thru, her attitude is rude and dismissive. She repeatedly refuses to give me habanero salsa, claiming it’s “at the bar,” even though other staff members have no issue providing it.

Tonight was the final straw. When I asked for her name after another poor interaction, she refused to give it to me. I explained that every visit involves terrible customer service from her specifically. Her response was, “I don’t remember you,” followed by shoving the food bag at me and slamming the drive-thru window shut.

I parked went inside and spoke to the cook, asking him if I could get her name to report the incident. She immediately began talking over me, telling him not to give me her name and saying I was just mad because I didn’t want to get the salsa myself. I calmly explained the situation to the cook and made it clear that she is the only employee with this kind of attitude—everyone else there is amazing.

Things escalated verbally (which I admit could have been handled better), but ultimately the cook had to tell her to be quiet and informed me that the manager would be in at 8 a.m. tomorrow.

I hate to say it, but someone with this level of hostility, and inability to communicate respectfully should not be working in a customer-facing role. What’s worse is that this is not the first complaint about her. Just to reiterate if you scroll down the reviews there are plenty about her and I know for a fact it is the same young lady I am discussing. I truly hope management addresses this issue, because customers and the rest of the staff deserve better and customers have had enough of her rudeness!

I recently found myself in a bind, needing to cater a party for 10 people on the same day. I placed a massive order, and I was absolutely amazed by the prompt service! Within just an hour, my order was ready for pickup. Everything was organized perfectly, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. They made me chicken and carne asada catering taco plated with all the condiments and sides. We are so pleased!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, really going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Thanks to their incredible efficiency, my last-minute gathering turned out to be a fantastic success. I highly recommend their service for anyone in need of delicious catering on short notice!

Used to frequent this place at least once a week. About a year we got bad food. Decided to try again today. No beef for tacos tried chicken the tortillas weren’t corn not sure what they were. Got a bean burrito that was about the size of Tina’s frozen burrito. It sucked! Their prices are bad but food is worse!

Hire more people. There was no one in front of us when we pulled up to the drive thru. It took 20 minutes for a burrito and 2 kids meals and they were cold. We ate in the car so they were cold at hand off. Only one person working and he was trying his best. Don’t be cheap, hire more workers and if this was a “someone called out situation” then the owner needs to step up and get in there to help.

There’s only one employee there that just has a very mono tone, kind of feels like she doesn’t care to be there, besides that, I absolutely love all of the staff. Everyone else is always friendly and welcoming, the food always taste amazing and I’m not waiting forever for my food so I always come back here. I highly recommend this location over any other ones.

Absolutely delicious! Full of flavor and quality ingredients. Very large portions. We had the chimichanga plate and made it enchilada style, two tacos plate and fresh made shrimp cocktail. The shrimp cocktail was on point and had the perfect kick. Very yummy sweet and cinnamon horchata! Very clean restaurant.
