Ordered beef tacos as I normally do, and the last couple times they have been not great. Tonight they go back up to normal price instead of the sale of 1.99 & I can’t even eat them because the beef is so over cooked it’s as crunchy as the shell itself. If you are gonna go back to full price of something- that’s fine but let’s make sure the quality is there.I basically ate taco shell with lettuce.

I ordered a carne asada burrito for $17 after adding crema . The meat was old and chewey, and way over salted. As I was eating I felt something slimey, turned out there were remnants of egg. This is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. Needless to say I will never return to this chain of restaurants. I figured $17 I would get fresh made food. Very disappointed.

Used to love these tacos!
Ten+ yrs ago they served consistently great food; the past five yrs it’s hit or miss.
The past yr it’s either burned or under-cooked tacos, with the rare perfect meal in there somewhere.
Today is my last purchase at the 43rd/Peoria location as my tacos were so chewy (undercooked)!!!

I ORDERED CHILAQUILES, THEY WERE GOOD, HOWEVER, IT HAD ONLY A FEW CRUMS OF QUESO FRESCO, I KINDLY ASKED IF I COULD GET A LITTLE MORE, THE CASHIER WANTED TO CHARGE ME. SHE WAS SO RUDE. I ASKED FOR HER NAME SHE SAID SHE CANT GIVE IT ME. ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND SAID THEY WERE NOT IN.
It may seem a bit much but, kind customer service should be a service that all cashiers must have.
