Had a great lunch here with the kids before heading off to see Wicked. This was our second time here, and enjoyed delicious gluten-free again! We were seated quickly and told by our server that while they aren’t dedicated gluten-free, but that anything on the menu could be made gluten-free. We got the Manifesto pizza gluten-free, and it was amazing. More than enough to split, and we still brought home leftovers! The wine coolers are refreshing. We got the blood orange wine coolers and enjoyed them.

It’s a neat place when you walk in, it used to be a bank.
Dining room is clean and welcoming. We always get great service and delicious food. We love coming during lunch for the double double, half pizza and half salad. Plenty of food and great way to try more items. Don’t forget to their cheesy garlic bread appetizer!

I’m going to have to color outside of the lines for this review, as it opposes some of my other reviews. With Federal Pizza focusing their menu around pizza, a 5 star rating should only apply to the pizza.
I’m assuming the reason Federal Pizza doesn’t sell pizza by the slice, or any other sizes, is because they want to be able to operate like MOD or Little Ceasar’s with a template pizza size, but then include actual quality ingredients that make the $18 price tag worth it. Normally the size of the pizza vs the cost would have immediately dropped their rating to a 4, but with the flavors and quality, it has reached a 5 star rating for me, but just barely.
Eating the first slice earned 4 stars for me. There is almost no sauce, and the crust to topping ratio was off. The crust was slightly denser than what one would expect, but not overly so. The closest comparison I can make to this pizza is Floridino’s over in Chandler.
The second slice allowed my taste buds to recognize a subtle under-tone of white wine in the sauce, similar to the authentic Rosati’s pizza in the north side of Phoenix/Peoria. Because of how subtle the sauce flavor is, I can understand why the pizza lacked much flavor, and relied mostly on the crust and toppings for flavor. In order to appreciate the sauce, you would likely need to order a regular cheese pizza.
I also tried the cheesy garlic bread, and it was definitely the best version I’ve ever had. The marinara sauce was also spiced with red pepper flakes, so it added another layer of flavor to the already great garlic bread.
I will likely be returning, mostly because I believe Federal Pizza’s menu has more to offer than the two items I tried.

I’ve eaten here several times and the food is usually good. I recently had a friend in town from Australia and he wanted some good buffalo wings. I thought “I know just the place!” So naturally I ordered 40 buffalo wings extra crispy to go, thinking he’s going to love them! Unfortunately, this was far from the case. To say these wings were bad would be a compliment. The wings were not extra crispy but extra flabby, and to add insult to injury several of the wings still had feathers. Not the tiny little ones either. To pay 65 dollars for wings that looked like they were still attached to the chicken was a major let down. To not get refunded for inedible food was the real crime.

Fun place! The Buffalo wings were outstanding, cooked to perfection and just a great tasting Buffalo sauce!! The pepperoni pizza was fine. I think I’d ask for well done next time.

Wow! The food here is insane. The wings are TOP TIER and the pizza and salads were delicious. We got the flaming lips pizza, hot honey wings and the chop salad and it was AMAZING! Tyler was our server and he was so awesome. 100/10 service and 100/10 food! Will definitely be back!!

Great pizza. Our dog loved the patio. Staff is the real star at this location. They were genuinely interested that it was our first visit. It is obvious that they set a customer service standard to make sure customers get the best service possible. They ask about food allergies. They have a vegan menu. They will customize dishes. Doesn’t seem like it is just food opened from the sysco truck.

hands down the best pizza ive had I loved the flamin lips pizza! perfect on all fronts sauce cheese and meat were quality and clean. kitchen staff keep a phenomenal job at cleanliness the staff were friendly attentive and intuitive! also got the fried cheese appetizer thing and it was great not my favorite thing but quality ingredients and the bombing donut deserts were great not as great as the pizza but its great and all was super cheap!! stuffed two big boys with drinks a whole pizza an appetizer and dessert with leftovers!! very very pleased will return

Such a great spot! The pizza was delicious and the servers were super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. It just felt really comfortable and welcoming definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m craving good pizza.
