I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our server, Joy, started off fine, and everything seemed to be going well at first. We arrived at 7:00 PM and received our appetizers and salads and got refills without any issues. However, after finishing most of our salads (with just a little left). By 8:20 PM, we still hadn’t received our main course, so we asked Joy when our food would be coming. Instead of giving a polite or helpful response, she made a disrespectful comment, saying that since the restaurant is “fancy and not up to our level,” they only bring out food once salads are completely finished. That was shocking and completely unprofessional. We didn’t even know w head to finish the whole plate to get our entree. To make matters worse, our food didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM. We were visiting from out of state and were really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a regretful experience. Between the extremely slow service and the rude behavior from our server, this visit was very disappointing. The other servers were great it was just that disappointed me when she said that.
