Food was a 5 out of 10. Not the worst thing i have ever eaten, but you could get better quality at olive garden. The chicken had a good flavor, the sauce was just above edible. They do get extra bonus points for having a gluten free pasta option. The pizza sauce was thick and the crust was too think. I didnt enjoy it and didnt bother finishing it. The breadsticks were dough like and seemed undercooked. They try to cover up the breadsticks with a ridiculous amount of garlic. Gross. Overall the food was mediocre.
Sercive was good. They were all polite and they bring breadsticks around while you wait. They forgot a puzza slice and doubled back quick for it.
I wont be back unless im desperate. But its next door to a Chipotle, so i wont be.

I stopped by the new Fazoli’s today for their grand opening, and I was so impressed! Even though the place was packed, the staff was working incredibly hard to keep things moving. Despite the rush, every employee I encountered was attentive, friendly, and kept a smile on their face.
While we waited for our meal, they kept the delicious signature breadsticks coming, which was such a nice touch. The food itself was great and arrived relatively quickly considering the crowd. I am so excited to finally have this spot open—I’ll definitely be back many, many times!

Food was pretty good for fast food. We had baked ziti, chicken Parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo. Yes olive garden is better but you get what you pay for

The baked spaghetti was Really good and had a lot of cheese on it. The pizza slices were pretty small though, and the taste was mid at best. My wife’s salad was pretty good. The service was phenomenal and the restaurant was extremely clean and well spaced out.

Impressed overall with food quality, freshness, temperature, and value. If they nail the lunch specials with speed and temperature, they may be on to something solid. Breadsticks were a hit. I’d like to see more value at 6 for $1.99, not 2. Adding protein on the lunch items for $1 is a huge value, and it was quality. Taste! Drive thru speed could improve once the App allows for advance ordering. Decent prices,value and thats what matters now with affordability talk. Cheesecake was a hit too. A small gift to me now ill order one with each meal.

The food at Fazoli’s was great, the pasta was fresh and tasty, the sauce was flavorful, and the breadsticks are unbeatable.
That said, the drive-thru experience was a huge letdown. I waited a full hour in line, which is ridiculous for fast food. It’s clear they weren’t prepared for the rush not enough staff or something, because the line barely moved. For a place that’s supposed to be quick Italian, this kind of wait kills the convenience. Hope they improve staffing and planning during busy times, because the food deserves better service!

I gave it 1 star because there was not a zero stars option.
Chicken on the fettachini Alfredo looks like a 2 year old cut it, all different size pieces and very dry.
Side of broccoli was so small you’d get more ketchup in one of those tiny paper cup at McDonald’s and there were nothing but hard stems and could not eat it and it smelled awful.
Alfredo sauce tasted like it came out of a jar and was very bland definitely lacked the delicious crramy cheese taste you’d expect from Alfredo sauce.
Pizza, it was gross, took 1 bite and spit it out, cheese had a bad taste and the pepperoni was so crunchy and hard we didn’t eat it.
Definitely not the Fazoli’s I remembered eating at many years ago is Nevada. Would not order from here again and was a waste of over $40.00.
Delivery driver was left waiting due to slow preparation times and said employees seemed to not care and its obvious as the driver stated the restaurant and drive through were not busy at all and yet how it took so long for such bad quality of food is beyond me. Very disappointing experience and one we won’t give a 2nd chance. We could have gotten better quality of food from Filibertos, no joke at least its freshly made there.
Restaurant replied with a lame reply and its obvious by that reply they don’t even care. Didn’t say they’d try and do better or to improve, nothing. Tells you what kind of experience you’ll have when you go there, I’d save my money and make another choice of somewhere to eat a good meal.

Great food, clean restaurant and friendly employees! Will definitely be back. Been waiting over 25 years to eat here again. Did NOT disappoint! Jen was very friendly and we had a great conversation. Don’t be intimidated by the drive thru line. There was very little wait inside and food was ready promptly.

I ordered shrimp Alfredo, loaded Alfredo with chicken, a pack of bread sticks and a side of Alfredo sauce. When the girl repeated my order it was incorrect. So I repeated what I wanted and she said ok.
When I approached the window I see a lot of employees just standing around and talking.
I got my food and went straight home. I opened the bag and I was missing my sauce.
I went back and the employees still standing around talking. I got my sauce. They did apologize.
I got back home. I opened my containers and no chicken. I was over it at this point.
I did see the reviews before going, but I figured it might be because they just opened. I still wanted to try the food because of the nostalgia of eating Fazoli’s back in the day.
It’s not the same. For the price and the quality of the food, you’re better off calling in a take out order from Olive garden.
