Went in to grab some food with my brother and mom. Haven’t eaten there in a hot min. The food was definitely better than I remembered last time. It also seems like they increased their portion sizes. Staff was friendly and the bread sticks were hot. Over all a good experience

I always enjoy going to this Fazolis. The staff make it a pleasurable experience every time. Willis was especially nice this time. He brought our food and offered us the parmesan. I didn’t have to ask. The food is always good and they have great offers. My mom and I had the baked spaghetti with meatballs. Always good.

We ordered $1200 worth of catering. It was delivered 30 min early, so it was getting cold by the time we ate. They also provided no plates, utensils or cups despite confirming they would. We had to have an employee leave our holiday party to purchase these items so people could eat. We ordered enough food for 80 people and we’re only provided 20 packets of dressing. I called to speak with the manager who said “sorry, but he doesn’t have authority to do anything to make it better.” I was assured the district manager would call, but that never happened. Don’t order catering unless you want to be highly disappointed and frustrated.

We hadn’t been to Fazoli’s for years until a couple weeks ago and it was even better than ever, the food was fantastic. The breadsticks perfect, shells amazing, fettuccine fresh and hot, and the best iced tea of any fast food provider. The young woman who helped us, Elizabeth, is just the best – – personable and professional.

Ordered online to pick up, got there 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and the food was already ready. Normally that kind of wouldn’t have been a bad thing but seeing as it’s sitting in a warmer all bagged up and I was 15 minutes early then I thought I was going to be That’s a long time to be sitting under warmers then I open it and everything taste like it’s been sitting under warmers for a while sauce was half dry breadsticks were soggy I literally threw my entire order away after two bites I couldn’t do it

Took the family out on a drive to look at Christmas lights and decided to stop in on a whim. Glad we did! Toddler had a great time, staff was so friendly and accommodating, food was great and we had plenty of leftovers for later. Will be back soon!

I’m vacationing in Colorado Springs,and don’t have a Fazoli’s where I live anymore, so being a lover of Fazoli’s since my childhood, we had to eat here for dinner. The food was just as good and nostalgic as I had hoped, but it was the staff and service that made the experience so great! They were so friendly and attentive, and checked on us multiple times throughout our dinner to make sure we were good. We will definitely be back on some of our future visits to the area. Great job Fazoli’s, keep up the good work!

Service was so poor. There were 5-6 ppl working there and no other customers and it took them 15 minutes to bring out basic noodles with sauce. They were out of bread sticks nearly the whole time we were there. The lady at the counter said she would bring them out to us. We sat for 10 min after finishing our meal and she brought out food for someone that had just come in. She asked how things were and then remembered she was supposed to be bringing us bread. She did end up bringing it but it was clear it was stale and they had just heated up old ones in the oven.
