The bread sticks are delicious! The salad with the combo wasn’t the freshest and I personally didn’t like the house Italian dressing but I know that for next time! The spaghetti was definitely over cooked but that’s okay! Meat sauce was tasty. Overall I would come back again if I was in the area!

Food was great, my lady had the baked ziti and I had the loaded chicken fettuccine Alfredo, both were delicious and very filling. The breadsticks being unlimited when you dine in is absolutely amazing. Can’t get enough of them. The staff are friendly and helped me with my questions as I havent dined here before. Very great experience overall.

Fazolis is one of my favorite, unfortunately rare fast food restaurants these days. We were flying through Denver when our regional flight was canceled and we decided to rent a car. On our drive up we saw the Fazolis on our map and decided to make the stop we hadn’t in years. I did set my expectations low because of the chains issues.
THIS location however blew me away. The food was incredible. Better then some sit down chain Italian restaurants out of the water. The Person who took our order “Donale” as it stated on the receipt an older lady working mid day on a Friday. Was one of if not the nicest service workers I have ever met. She seemed genuinely happy to have us in. Made me feel incredibly welcomed.
If I was local to this restaurant id be here regularly. This Fazolis reminds me of what I remember from Fazolis and thats Great Food friendly service at a phenomenal price.

My daughter really wanted Chicken Alfredo for dinner tonight, so this seemed like a good match. I submitted the online order, drove 15 minutes to the store. Food was ready to go when we arrived. The bag was tied tight and top lid was loose, so instead of risking a spill in my car opening the bag to double check things, I drove home. Once home, we found there was no Chicken in the Chicken Alfredo!
Mistakes happen, but I’m not driving there and back again for a remake. I called the store and the manager seems willing to refund the Alfredo portion, crossing fingers.
In the meantime, I suggest anyone doing online and pickup orders to open the bags and double check everything before leaving the store. It could have saved me one disappointed daughter tonight.
Edit: Bumped to a 3. Owner is responsive and willing to correct things. It was a frustrating experience last night, but appreciate owners response.

Fazoli’s is normally a good place to eat. We went at 8 pm and honestly thought it was closed because the lights outside were all off but people were inside.
When we ordered we let them know the lights were out and the girl just shrugged her shoulders.
Most of the dinning room pasted the pop machines was closed off and 4 tables in the area available had dirty plates on them so not keeping up with the dinning room.
The noodles were clumped together and very little sauce. Not enjoyable. Bread sticks were not fresh.
The parking lot had a lot of trash in it but maybe they could not see it because the lights were off. Good thing no one tripped and fell in the dark.
This location has really gone downhill.

Food and service were fine however the dining room was an actual dumpster fire. Nearly 50% of the tables were stick and stacked with plates, and during the entire length of our dinner there was not a single attempt to clean the dining room. The trash can was piled high with dishes and inaccessible, to the point where people were just placing their trash on other tables before leaving. Management clearly needs to be retrained on how to run a restaraunt.

The food is cheap for the price. The sauce tastes like basic jarred sauce. Breaksticks are unlimited if eating in and delicious. The lasagna is pretty dry and tough. Not bad

Highly recommend the breadsticks, they definitely something to die for, the best breadsticks I had so far also highly recommend the Alfredo pasta, it’s super saucy and delicious. The other favorite was the ravioli. Loved the taste.

I kind of forgot that fazoli’s even existed! It popped in my head one day, I checked online and sure enough there was a location not far from my house. I forgot how fun it could be. They have a nice little lunch combo that was just perfect at a reasonable price. The person behind the counter was very friendly and engaging. Good for her. She even brought us fresh breadsticks! Will definitely go back!

The restaurant was medium busy and the one team member was running all of serving, delivery of food, and clean up. She was kind, polite, prompt, and professional.
Who ever trained her was a great leader.
The best part, was the food. Fresh lettuce on the salad, perfectly baked bread sticks, and smooth flavored Alfredo Sauce.
I will come again!
