We’ve passed by Fazoli’s so many times on our way to Sam’s Club, and today my husband and I finally decided to stop and try it and wow, we were impressed!
The food was delicious and honestly better than Olive Garden. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. And let me just say the breadsticks are absolutely heavenly. I’m a sucker for a good breadstick, and these were warm, soft, buttery, and impossible to stop eating.
One huge plus is the drive-thru option, which makes it super convenient if you don’t feel like dining in. What really stood out was the staff extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better.
We’re so glad we finally gave this place a try and will definitely be back. If you’ve been passing it by like we did, stop in you won’t be disappointed. I really hope more people give this place a chance because it truly deserves the crowd!

Crazy how long they take to get stuff made. If you go through the drive thru for lunch make sure you set up a good 45 minutes to wait on the staff to figure out their jobs inside. Never been to one this slow I guess they make the cheese fresh for every order or something idk. Twice this has happened to me now and they used to be on their game.

Had the pleasure of eating here with some family on Friday evening. when we entered the building a mid-20’s (maybe early 30s not too great with age) was dealing with an older customer who was not satisfied with their order. The worker behind the register handled this extremely well with professionalism and kindness and the kitchen promptly made it right by remaking her dish. After this, it was our turn to order and he was extremely polite in taking our order, also bringing out the food in less than 5 minutes! Working food service before I understand it can be difficult to maintain composure when receiving complaints but he persevered incredibly well and seeing that really brightened my day. Props to the team here for the great food and service!

It’s quite nice here. The pasta is quite simple, their pizza was pretty good, but the breadsticks omg. They are free refills on breadsticks, and they refill it a lot of times. In the 40 minutes we went here, we got 8 total plates of breadsticks (20 per person, 5 per plate). The olive garden breadsticks have higher quality bread, but the garlic and seasoning on these breadsticks are so good.

My coworker recommended I come here and I don’t regret my decision, the customer service was really great, my server Amber was very nice and respectful when I was struggling to order, she suggested what I should get and expressed what her personal fave’s were. The space was very organized, clean and I loved the decorations. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this to more people.

The food was great for a quick lunch. My only little problem was that the food was a bit salty. We had two pastas that were salty. The breadsticks as well. They were great just a bit over salty. We also had a salad and the chicken on it was so good. 5/5! The service and staff are awesome!

Traveling through Aurora, Colorado today(11-03-2025) and saw the Fazoli’s. I haven’t seen one in a few years so I thought I would stop for a baked lasagna. YUM! A miss Sara waited on me and offered a nice greeting with a smile. Along with the great food and her pleasant attitude, it made my day! Congrats to her being a vey nice employee and a good representation of your company!

Amber took our order and was sweet, Bubbly and knowledgeable. My sister and I don’t have a Fazoli’s close. She usually gets excited when we pass by this location. I surprised her by stopping in today and am glad that I did. Thanks to Amber for making it a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there on September 21st and had a terrible experience to the point that my 3 year old told the cashier at the window that she was being rude to her mom. Also, they forgot half of my order and then when I called they weren’t very nice on the phone like it was my fault that they forgot part of my order. I sent a message to their customer service that night and I still have not received an email or a phone call back and to me it being give days later is really bad customer service. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism at a place of business. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
The lady then asked me to email her regarding the situation and still now almost 2-3 weeks later still havent heard anything back. This place is not good for business.

Always check your order, the staff seems to have a nonchalant attitude when they get your order wrong. They also offer no apologies as though the whole thing is your fault. Possibly that’s why they have a now hiring sign posted maybe if they can get some reliable and customer service oriented people working there their rating would be higher instead of a 3.8. The food is decent for a quick bite. Most likely I will order there again but once again check your order and come with your own stink attitude if they give it to you!
