I stopped by for dinner before getting on I-35, and it turned out to be a great choice! I ordered a pasta dish along with a combo that included a drink and a slice of pizza, which came to $16.97 in total. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Fazoli’s but the last time I went my food tasted great. I had the Chicken Carbonara. It had spaghetti, Parmesan Alfredo sauce, broccoli, bacon, and garlic roasted chicken. I enjoyed it a lot and the bread sticks too. The bread sticks were so warm and buttery. The chicken carbonara was missing the peas and shaved Parmesan cheese, but it was still so good without it. It made me full and satisfied.

Their food is AMAZING! The breadsticks are PERFECT they’re not to crunchy or soggy, their perfect. The food is very good and they give you plenty of it. They have nice staff and help you out in every way possible. The only issue Ive ever had was the salad. Its not fresh, lettuce is kinda brown and dry. They dont cut the small tomatoes, its just really thrown together and left in a fridge. Like every other Italian restaurant, they dont offer Caesar salad. That goes hand in hand with Italian food. If they could step their salad game up and maybe add the Caesar salad with the proper lettuce for the house and the Caesar salad they would have (1-10) 10+ being the greatest !

First of all when I walked in there was a distinct smell next I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and as soon as got it to my table there was a hair in my food I told the young lady at the counter she asked me if I wanted them to remake it or get a refund I told her I wanted a refund. She acted like she didn’t care she didn’t tell me “I’m sorry” or anything and definitely the staff didn’t have a care in the world either. the cooks need to wear hairnets before the health department comes in

This is our first time eating from here. Been meaning to try it. We’ll, I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Way better than we thought it would be. I have worked at Italian restaurants, so the idea of drive thru Italian kind of put me off. I was wrong. The only thing I was not a fan of was the meatball. We will order from there again.

Don’t eat here if gluten free !
Ordered with my friends today and sadly couldn’t eat with them 🙁 They mention cross contamination in the menu, but the amount of gluten pasta in my “gluten-free” bowl is ridiculous. I have celiac and if I hadn’t checked it would ruin my day !
I’m not from a city where Fazoli’s is, but I had a very poor first impression and won’t go again. At least I got my refund !

Personally, I love Fazoli’s. It may not be as flavorful as authentic Italian, but it’s basic pasta is so comforting. I always get the sampler plate. Love the fettuccine. We tried the triple chocolate Cheesecake Factory slice. So good! I’ll try the strawberry cheesecake next time. Great service and a clean restaurant.

I was really looking forward to eating here, but the food turned out to be really bland and I would say the chicken for the chicken parm was frozen chicken patties. The place was old and outdated. The door to the female restroom did not close all the way and toilets seats were old and faded. Giving 3 stars for their prices and the mozzarella skewers and breadsticks. Those were very yummy!!

We came here over the weekend. They have a drive through but we went inside. You order at the counter then they yell your number when your food is ready and you go and grab it. The service was a little slow but they were friendly. The food is cheap and it’s very casual. The spaghetti and meatballs were pretty good and the fettuccini Alfredo was very bland. The breadsticks and pizza were okay and I liked the pumpkin cheesecake. They said it comes with caramel sauce but they didn’t give us any, it was good without it but I would have liked it. It was an okay experience.
