So apparently if you get up to refill your drink…the server will come and throw away your food that your still eating…..doesn’t matter. But when asked, will be told sorry and be told I can still have it even though it’s sitting by the trash. So if you eat here, just know you run the risk of not being able to eat everything you pay for and don’t get a refill unless someone is watching your food for you

The door says they close at 9 pm but we were informed when we walked in that they would be closing at 8 pm. Now it was 7:15, but they were already closing off part of the dining room. The food came out in to-go boxes even though we were eating in. They obviously had something more important to do than serve the public!

The people were nice, but not necessarily knowledgeable. I got the double lasagna and the noodles were not cooked all the way. The bread used to be buttery and good, but now it was soft and plain. I was brought 4 pieces and I only ate one. AND it cost $16 for the one entree and drink. I could have had endless soup and salad lunch for $10.

So I drove into Jonesboro at 8:30pm. Thought I would just run through the drive thru and get food on the way to my hotel. The lights on the sign were off but the menu was on so I thought maybe with summer hours it was just not on yet. Got to the menu to order at 8:43 and the guy says, “we are out of pizza, lasagna and (something else), and we close in 13 minutes what can I get you?” I said, “oh, well I don’t want to bother you guys.” He said, “okay, have a good night.” Wow! I don’t know who owns this place and maybe it does well but I cannot imagine they do not want to sell a customer something. I was not going to order with that intro, I’m sure they would have done something to my food if I had kept them late.

The food is mediocre. It’s not prison food, lol… but the service was great & the employees we really nice. It’s fast food Italian. So, it is cheaper & you get what you pay for. They fill a niche.
