I went to this fast food Italian restaurant for lunch and it was about what I expected. The service was good and quick, so no complaints there. The food was reasonably priced and it seemed hot and fresh. There was a lunch crowd but it did not seem to affect the service of the place, which was nice. The dish came with breadsticks as well, which were good.
I deducted 2 stars because I would prefer my pasta and sauce be mixed together instead of the sauce being served on top of the pasta. The sauce to pasta ratio was also off, in my opinion, as there was too many noodles. Also, the taste of the sauce was rather bland. I would go here again, if somebody wanted it but it would not be my first choice.

I’m not a fan of Fazoli’s so take this with a grain of salt.
I ordered a “Pick 2” deal. I chose to try the penne with “Spicy” tomato and pepper sauce, and ravioli with meat sauce.
I didn’t care for either. The Penne was about half as spicy as red pepper flakes you might add to a pizza. The flavor was mostly a creamy tomato flavor. The ravioli’s cheese filling just didn’t match the meat sauce to me. The meat sauce was good, and the ravioli was ok, but they didn’t do each other any favors.
That said, both were prepared promptly. My wife had the Baked Chicken Alfredo and loved it (although she did find a small black facial hair in her sauce).
Service was decent and the restaurant was clean. The only problem I had was that the fountain drink dispenser is somewhat less accessible for taller people. The height is suited for those of shorter stature, but the depth makes it impossible to see how full your cup is without bending or squatting (potentially an issue for those of us with knee/back issues).
We also had a chance to try a free dessert. My wife had the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake. It was below expectations much like the bread sticks. It seems somewhat that food quality may be down in the post pandemic Fazoli’s menu.

Our first batch of breadsticks you wouldn’t have believed … they were flat as the table and completely wet soggy. The next ones were soaking wet in the bottom. Then they just did this to them and gave them back. The soda machine isn’t working either and they were so rude when I asked nicely at the front counter for a lemonade

Never had Lasagna this salty and the Chicken Fettuccine was dry and hard small pieces of chicken that might have equaled to half a thigh worth of meat.

This place is always solid food for a great value. What sets my recent experience apart is the team. They were out of half of a promo combo we wanted, but agreed to swap entrées to get us the same amount of food for the money. This type of customer care is uncommon these days and deserves recognition. Keep it up!!!
