Our first time here… not sure if we will return. The service outside of not having a few things on the menu… the cashier was nice & welcoming, but the food just didn’t hit the spot. The salad, bread & soda was good. I don’t know. Maybe it was just a off day.

Our first time here and we have already been waiting 40 minutes for our food. They have turned away 6 customers because they are out of marinara sauce. You would think an Italian restaurant would never run out of marinara sauce. I don’t think we will ever come back. There are only 4 tables occupied.

I wish I had gotten pics but I just want you to know, this place is AMAZING!! I had the chicken parmesan and it was 2 meals worth. It was so good. My husband had the spicy sausage pasta and it was good and spicy. The bread sticks are SO delish. It is a must try!!!

Unbelievable. Close the lobby from 2-5. Visitors don’t know this. We’ve visited Fazoli all over the country and never seen this before. 5 different customers tried to go in while we were ordering in our app in the parking lot. All left and didn’t order. All the lost money. Unreal. We mapped to get here off our passing through course while traveling. Just to have to go somewhere else or eat in the car. And for what? To save you having someone clean a table? Hundreds of dollars in lost revenue over cleaning a table? Never will return to a fazolis in this area again.

My family loves coming to this Fazoli’s. It’s the food of Olive Garden with the service of Chick-fil-A. Endless breadsticks, freshly grated parm, quick friendly service with a smile, very reasonable prices.
Our family of five can eat for around $50 with leftovers. And always a bag of fresh breadsticks to go.
The area that needs work are the bathrooms. They’re pretty rough looking and feel unclean.
Josh is a server on the weekend. He’s our favorite. So kind and friendly and quick to help us out with anything we need.

food wasn’t even worth taking a picture of. the fettuccine alfredo barely had any sauce, the penne came with enough meat sauce, the spicy sausage pasta was lackluster as well. the cherry on top was the bag of mangled breadsticks that were barely cooked. this place has went downhill pretty bad compared to when it opened. may e the dine in experience is better but i wouldn’t recommend take out.

I was skeptical of coming when it first opened because it was very busy and bad reviews, but after coming, I think the prices are great and the food is decent. The chicken on the alfredo was not good it was salty and chewy, but the sauce was nice and pasta cooked well. The meat sauce is nice and has a similar flavor to olive garden. The cheesecake is good. I enjoyed the cheese pizza. They need more staff to clean the place up a bit cause when we first got there, there were a lot of dirty tables and only one guy cleaning. Overall im happy. Food is hot, good portions and prices. Give it a try

I am a picky eater and stayed safe with the Pizza, alot bigger than expected (that’s what she said). I would order the pizza again, BUT with little sauce. My wife got the baked lasagna and loved it. Try the cinnamon bread for sure

Food is always great amd large portions. Service is always good and friendly. The dinning area is just kind of there, not much going on and the times we have gone absolutely no one there.
