Absolutely fantastic food and amazing service! Nisca was extremely helpful and so nice. The restaurant was extremely clean and nice atmosphere. We had not eaten here for many years around 6 or 7 years. Very happy and we will be back soon

Atmosphere was mid, they did have a huge mess out by there drink counter in the lobby. music was okay but a bit loud. My dish was pretty good I got the loaded Alfredo. My husband got 1 of the classic sampler platters with 4 different entrees he was not fond of the lasagna I tried a bite it had so much salt it was just awful. He said the red sauce in general was just super salty. Bread sticks were good. However we did request a few more and they never brought any out to us and we waited awhile for them as well. Our visit was A bit disappointing especially since we were visiting from out of town.

We stopped in last night about 7 pm due to my craving for their breadsticks. We were next in line. The lady up front hollered out to everyone that it was going to be awhile before any orders were taken. Didn’t give a time length. Stated unless if we ordered online, they were not accepting orders. They had too many online orders, that they needed to worry about those and catch up. They were only accepting online orders and from watching it also looked like drive through still was going as well. Alot of people did leave. We decided since we had been at a meet all day and had been waiting all day we would wait. Awhile later, another guy came up and he was going to help us and take our order. Both the lady and the kitchen hollered at him and said they were not taking any more orders. But they woupdnt even let him take our order, even though we were ok with waiting. We had said that it was fine to wait understood it would be a little bit, but at least our orer would be in, could be able to sit down and have a drink while we waited. Eventually did end up leaving after waiting awhile longer, as we were obviously not going to be helped. What happened to helping the customers that are there in person, and knowing what customer service is. Horrible experience.

My daughters and I went here today. The General Manager was polite enough to introduce himself and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. He was kind and very sweet. The food was perfect and delicious. Clean restaurant and great service.

I ordered at the drive through and when I asked for a whole pizza the cashier suddenly became upset. When I got home and started eating I noticed that there was no sauce on the pizza and barley any on the pasta. The cheesecake was good though.
I’m not sure what happened to this place it used to be good. I’m won’t be even a little bit surprised if it ends up getting closed like the others.

We went to get dinner on 1-30-26 at 6:00pm. The gentleman taking our order didn’t listen well and I had to repeat our order 3 times. After 40 minutes we still did not have our food. I went to ask about a time frame and the gentleman at the counter told me it would “be quite a while”. I told him we had somewhere to be at 8 and asked for a refund. He went to get the manager, came back out from the back and informed me the manager would not come give me a refund. 3 other guests complained about the wait til before the manager finally came up and gave refunds, with an attitude.

Food was a bit salty but as far as fast food pasta it was decent. I got the Pesto and Chicken Rigatoni with a side Cesar salad. My kids got Pizza. Indoor dining meant free breadsticks. We had a bunch! They were so good but rather salty. (Probably Garlic Salt) Not bad just slightly salty.
The service was great and they were so fast. Not bad for luncheon.

Service can be slow, but it’s so much cheaper than olive garden! Best breadsticks around. Their new pasta bakes are incredible.

I ordered the chicken broccoli penne bake and asked for marinara sauce instead of Alfredo. I was charged for the marinara and it wasn’t even substituted onto the dish. The breadsticks that my friend and I received were old and dry and not fresh at all. They weren’t even warm. The broccoli tasted freezer burned. Overall experience was just not great!!
