Another beautiful day and Fazolis was on the menu. Of coarse my go to classic sampler was my choice. Love lasagna , spaghetti and meatballs and fettuccine Alfredo…!! At lunch I received a call from my good friend Zenaida, who was craving some fried rice and Chinese cuisine..I popped over to the Asian Market on 76th and Cass. The cafe hooked me up with an amazing spread….While waiting I had some fresh sushi and a Boba Tea, specially made by Nikki….Delivered the food to my friend Zee and received an amazing hug…..Another great day!!

Worst “Italian” food I’ve ever tried. I ordered the chicken carbonara and was served overcooked spaghetti in a whitish watery “soup”. My son ordered the same and his plate was different.
I also tried a stuffed shell and did not like it. The best was actually the greasy bread sticks!

So I just left here mad is a understatement because poor service is uncalled for. So I ordered my food got it left then realized the lady never gave me my drinks so I went back I was cl9se enough to do so ok cool got my drinks. Next I realized my 2 side salads were missing at this point im almost home way to far to turn back. Seems the last was more focused on smoking a cigarette than making sure my order was correct because when I came back for my drinks here she was outside smoking. So I called and they talking about come back a 3rd time and they’ll throw in a cookie. Man I paid $40 just to have food miss whats a cookie gonna do I’m spending more in gas than a cookie as I was home way off Sorenson. Then they have a check list on bag she had nerve to check off everything and initial it. Knowing my food was missing. Yall gotta get better workers in yall establishments because a poor worker will ruin your business every time. I love this place haven’t been in awhile all to have this bad experience. I won’t be back unfortunately. Food is too expensive to be messing up people’s orders. I can’t support with my hard earned money in this economy with laziness.

Venus R was GREAT! SHMhe knew my daughter was most excited about the breadsticks and kept her stocked well. She even checked on us when she was heading out on her break. Food was great but Venus made the experience even better!!

Quality food for a decent price. The spaghetti with marinara is really good. Large portion, the spaghetti is not too hard or soft, and the sauce is very tasty and I am an Italian that makes my own. I usually get extra sauce because I like my sauce heavy and I do not think the normal portion is sufficient for the amount of pasta. The salad is good. Served cold, with a premade packet of dressing. The breadsticks are the best around. Fresh, hot, flavorful, and unlimited. The cashier was really polite and we had our meal in literally minutes at lunch hour. They seem to be a little short staffed so some tables were not bussed for a bit. The cashier came around and asked us if we needed anything else or more breadsticks. Good spot and I will continue to frequent for lunch.

Ordered chicken Parmesan on door dash. Asked for no Alfredo sauce and no spicey cheese. All my order came with was Alfredo and spicy cheese and chicken. I called the store to complain and was laughed at, told to call door dash and hung up on. Be careful ordering here. Receipt even has these changes on it!!
