Dakota helped us by taking our order. She was so patient with my boyfriend and I. We weren’t sure what we wanted and are on a budget this time she helped us to decide and offered suggestions that really helped us. I actually asked to speak to manager and complimented her for her kindness. We actually have not one time received bad service at this location restaurant is always clean and people are always nice. We eat here a lot and as much for the welcome feeling we get when we walk in as the great tasting food. I just wanted to express my gratitude for this.

Note: The breadstix (a big reason I’m hooked on Fazolis)are hard this time but I should note we are the only customers rn so probably difficult to keep fresh without wasting food. Also, this is a first time. Doesn’t change my opinion of this store just may come dirung busier times in the future.

The chicken parm was really good and affordable! Friendly service and everything was hot and fresh. I love coming to Fazoli’s for cheap pasta! Downloaded their app for rewards and deals. I’m stuffed.

We had a rather large lunch order, wanted to place it on line & couldn’t get it to go thru. I talked with Luke when I called the store, he had it ready for me much sooner then if it had been placed online, he was courteous, prompt & all the food was fresh & hot.

My daughter and I stopped here for the first time a few months back and had a great experience. Amy was super friendly and helpful. The food was good, reasonably priced, and the place was very clean. We’ve been back and the drive-through staff was also friendly.

This is a great place for a bulk order to feed the family! I did to go order and it was great! Fast, Hot and Tasty! It covers all the sauces and provides all of the pasta needs for the right price! Don’t sleep on Fazoli’s check them out and enjoy.

Whenever I order online for pick up the food is always ready before the scheduled pick up time, which would be fine if I didn’t have to wait five minutes for someone to come to the counter just to hand me my order and didn’t burn everything. Tonight we had burnt bread sticks and burnt broccoli.

Food and service were okay. However, they charged me twice on my debit card for my purchase and are telling me that it may take a while for my refund. Because this is a nationwide problem. Bull They could fix this problem if they wanted to and give me my overcharge back. So I would recommend going someplace else unless you want to pay double for your meal.
