When I walked in Kevin was there to greet me and he was very nice. He helped me figure out what was good to eat. What made it even better was that the cook made sure things were correct before giving it to Kevin. Overall service was FANTASTIC!!!

I went through the drive thru last night to grab dinner for my family and just had to stop in to say that Kevin had AMAZING customer service. He was professional, respectful, and kind. If I could give more stars for services ce I would. Every single person working there was extremely nice and helpful. They really went out of their way to make our visit wonderful. I can’t say enough about Corey, Thomas and a girl that I didn’t catch her name. The food was much better than I expected and such a good value. We got a lot for a little. My granddaughter says it’s her new favorite place!

I had an exceptional experience last week at the Overland Park location. I was greeted by Jaz, who took my order. She was professional, friendly, and even gave suggestions regarding menu items. Her customer service and communication skills were impressive, and she represented Fazoli’s very well. Management, if you haven’t noticed yet, this is a young woman who is going places. It’s young people like Jaz that reassure me there is still integrity and a strong work ethic in the younger generation.

Hands down, I was completely blown away from the difference in what I used to think about Fazoli’s and what I experienced when I went this time.
Fazoli’s is sentimental to me as I have gone since I was a kid and the locations nearby at the time shut down. So I enjoy stopping in when I see them around! (Mostly to stuff my face with unlimited breadsticks when you dine in)
This time was different. The look felt fancy, the service was incredible, the food was presented like I was dining in at a 5 Star Italian place, just overall great experience. Fazoli’s has stepped up their game. For a fast food Italian place, I’m happy to say Fazoli’s has figured it out. Keep it up guys.

Love the service. JAZZ was polite and friendly. Great employee. I miss the fresh cheese on our meal. We drive 2 hrs to get here. We came first time when my daughter turned 9. Now she is 15. We come 3 times or more a year. Really like the fresh cheese back. Love to have a store in Topeka.

Fazoli’s is a one of a kind experience blending fast food with amazing Italian food that would be expected to take longer to serve. The food was piping hot and delivered to the table. The flavor was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Overall the restaurant was very clean and they kept the bread sticks coming the entire time! Can’t wait to come back for more!!!

The food was way worse than I remember it from a few years ago. Alfredo sauce tasted like watery ranch. And noodles in my Alfredo were super hard. Breadsticks were probably the only thing that was fresh and tasted decent.

This is my third time eating at fazoli’s. I feel it’s like it’s a cheaper Olive garden and not in a bad way. The pasta was perfectly cooked on the ultimate sampler. The sauces are delicious. You get unlimited breadsticks, and my salad was fresh. All this food, half the price of Olive Garden.
