In spite of the long wait and raising prices I was hopeful for a good lunch, but it did not happen. There is not enough sauce to cover my noodles and we were shorted on breadsticks. The receipt even says 6 breadsticks, we received 4, and there are 5 items ordered.

Fazoli’s has good, quick pasta dishes. The pasta stands up against standard sit down Italian restaurants. The sauces have body and are never runny. The meats and cheese are good quality. Also, the subs are terrific. They are served warm with fresh vegetables and quality meat.
The breadsticks are fresh, hot, and soft, and arrive continually thru your meal. Plus, the butter and the garlic is delicious on them!
Finally, this location has good employees. The breadstick employee seemed to like the duty, the employees behind the counter were working tougher well and the one taking out order was polite. We will be back the next time we visit Springfield.

We love Fazoli’s as a family. Out of the two Fazoli’s in town this is our favorite due to ease of accessing the parking lot. Service is average and depending on who is in the kitchen will determine the food quality (Soecifically with cheese on the baked items).

Horrible customer service! I went through the drivethru and the woman at the window kept ignoring my request for napkins by shutting the window once she grabbed my card. I figured she didn’t hear so when she returned my card I spoke up louder but she immediately slammed the window. She handed me my order and when I waved my hand and practically yelled for napkins, she just slammed the window once more and left. I even tried to contact the store about this and I received no response. I had no napkins or even cutlery plus half of my order was stone cold as if they just took it out of the fridge. Horrible and inexcusable actions!

Visiting from out of town tried to have lunch here with my family when the manager kicked me out for having a service dog. We were not offered to take order to-go, or go through the drive-thru instead we were told to leave. Guess Fazoli’s went anti-disability in this town. We don’t mind giving our cash to your competitor Fazoli’s, does not effect us one way or another. It’s your revenue that takes a hit.
