Food is good, garlic bread sticks fantastic. However, I would like to see some lighter pasta options other than heavy sauces. They do have salads and subs. Brownies are really good Their fruit ice machine is broken. Apparently hasn’t worked for sometime. They weren’t able to get a new one like the other Fazoli’s in the area.

Yummy food but slow service. Don’t go here if you are in a rush. If you can wait though it’s worth it! You have to get the bread sticks!

Ordered a pretty large carryout order for the family enough for seven people, ordered it online and it was ready soon as I walked in the door at the time that they gave me. All the food was good and fresh definitely will order it again for dinner at home.

We loved the food and the service was even better. The staff was friendly and helpful, even checking in with us at the table a couple of times. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and my husband got the baked lasagna and we each got a side salad. We were very pleased with the lunch menu where you can get two option for only $6. We also really appreciated that there was very little waste involved with the meal- the plates and cutlery were reusable (and were quite clean!).

I was driving across the country and stopped by here to have some “chicago” Pizza. I asked the person behind the register if the pizza is big and he said, “its pretty big” and showed me with his hands. I asked him again if its like a regular slice and he said yes. 10 minutes later when I got my pizza, they were they smallest slices I have ever seen in my life.
I honestly thought it was an April fools joke. I told him that the pizza is so small and he said sorry and didn’t offer to replace it with something else…
I never ask for replacement food because I don’t want my food spat on or something, but the point is this was TERRIBLE. I’m sure the other food may be good, but the way this goofball 17 year old kid represented the store was terrible. He even locked the door before I finished eating my food and was still inside. The girl who probably works there but was off the clock was nice though.
If you’re looking for pizza, go somewhere else because it didn’t even taste good. It reminded me of public school pizza or something that’s not even made at the restaurant. For 8 or so bucks? Kidding me?…
