Activemenu said it was used if the store added anything extra to the total after the orders placed. And that it’ll “balance out after everything’s done. Food is good, garlic bread sticks fantastic. However, I would like to see some lighter pasta options other than heavy sauces. They do have salads and subs. Brownies are really good Their fruit ice machine is broken. Apparently hasn’t worked for sometime. They weren’t able to get a new one like the other Fazoli’s in the area.

We came through 3/13/2023 at around 430pm. Food we ordered had watery sauce and half the breadsticks were burnt. Whole meal ruined. Never had issues before today. Blame whomever made/prepared our food for this one-star review. It was earned.
