Ericka was, and has been fantastic every time I come through. Very polite, And kind. It seems she actually cares for her job, and the people she is serving. In today’s world, I don’t get this very often going to other drive-through lines or restaurants. What you guys have going on there is great! It has been very nice coming through and seeing the same set of faces instead of a new one every single time I come through. Everyone in that kitchen should be recognized. Great job Fazoli‘s!

Been coming here for years. Order is always right and I’ve never had a complaint! We recently went in to pickup a family meal deal, just me with 3 super little kids, one in a stroller. I was so shocked the employee offered to help us take everything out to the car- especially in winter. He was so so sincere and kind. It’s really so rare to experience that anymore and it genuinely was so refreshing to see the kindness and thoughtfulness. He was also just super kind and bubbly towards us. I really just want to applaud fazolis team for this. We often feel like an inconvenience when we walk into any establishment because our family is a little awkward and comes with its challenges, even picking up food can be hard just getting in and out the doors. We really appreciated this experience here and we will definitely be back more often!

Michelle, at the Northland Avenue restaurant, was very attentive and helpful. She helped one of our guests, who had never eaten at Fazoli’s, by explaining the different options on the menu. She was very patient and kind. She also followed up by checking on us in the dining room making sure that we had everything and that we were enjoying our meal. Michelle is a great asset to your company and I hope you know that as well. Great job Michelle!!! 5 Stars!!!

Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing and I didn’t have to eat for an entire day after having spaghetti and meatballs along with six breadsticks and a drink at this restaurant. The staff was really, really nice too. There’s no doubt that I’m gonna be returning to this restaurant in the near future.

I don’t normally jump on writing negative reviews, but Fazoli’s has really gone downhill. The only thing this place has going for it is that the staff was very friendly.
Our cost was $42 to feed 2 adults and a 4 year old, and it felt like a ripoff. For starters, the breadsticks were disgusting…they were hardly warm and the bread was stale as if they were sitting out for several hours or even from the day prior. I choked down one with the garlic butter sauce, which tasted like straight salt. I did bring the leftovers home to try to use alongside regular butter. I also ordered a side salad and one of the tomatoes had mold forming at the end. The entire serving of lettuce hidden underneath the toppings was wilty and oxidized. I had zero bites of my salad. Several of the fountain drinks I tried were not right. They were very watered down and unfortunately staff didn’t fix it when I let them know, so paying for a drink was also a waste of money. The best part of my meal was the loaded chicken alfredo (which I ordered without mushrooms but got them anyway…not a huge deal. Things happen) but when I got to the bottom of my dish, I noticed several little black hair/fuzzies on my plate. It’s likely that it came from a linty towel, which isn’t awful, but towel drying dishes isn’t allowed in commercial kitchens. That dish was quite salty as well, and my 4 year old also complained of his food being too salty to eat, which he has NEVER complained of. Lastly, the restaurant smells unclean. I wanted to overlook this when we came in, but with everything else not meeting standards, it just made me feel more icky and wishing we would have turned around and saved our money.

Ben and Dimitry at the West College Ave., Appleton, WI location went above and beyond my expectations. They not only Served me with the utmost professionalism, friendly, smiles, very nice, friendly conversation, but they were creating a Custom order for me and assured me it was not a problem at all! It is the first time out of the house for me in several weeks as I have been very sick and I craved this and went through Through and they made my day! They deserve a raise! This is the type of service that keeps customers coming back and is hard to find in this world today!
