I had ordered a two pack of breadsticks through the drive through and pulled forward as instructed. There were two cars in front of me. It was a long day and I was just sitting in line unwinding from the day. All of a sudden a nice gentleman walked out to my car with the order and said “it’s your lucky day. Enjoy the breadsticks on us today”. Perfect ending to a hectic day. See, it IS the Little Things that can have the biggest impact. Thank You Fazolis!

My sister and I went to the Richmond St. and Northland Ave Fazoli’s. Johnny was the man who served us while dinning in and he did a fantastic job! He was kind and really made us feel welcomed. We haven’t had a nice and friendly experience there in awhile.
