I brought my children here after their martial arts class. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very cleanly dressed. The wait was minimal. We received our food within 15 minutes. The facility was top-notch and very well-maintained. The food was great and matched the price. They also offer military discounts, which is a bonus.

My family and I have been frequently going the past few months, &
we have NEVER had an issue. The employees ALWAYS have a great attitude whether at the drive thru or dining in. Specifically, Emmaly, makes it feel very homey and casual. She’s a great host, who mixes in professionalism with realness& thats exactly what we need in this day and age.
i’m honestly proud of every employee that works here, and the team who hires them because they are all amazing, outspoken individuals. every single one deserves recognized for their hard work. the food is great. it’s affordable. great atmosphere for kids. Always clean. restaurant type feel for less than $10-$15 a person!!! I love the self serve fountain drinks, the breadsticks and the plenty of seating accommodations. Perfect place to bring your family for a nice quality inexpensive meal. The employees and managers know exactly what they are doing here at Fazolis and i’m excited to stop back, soon! The app is also super helpful & gets you lots of great deals & rewards!

We stopped in on Valentine’s night which was very busy. The service was so friendly and our food came out really fast. We didn’t time it but seemed like 10 minutes and we had our meals. They also always had bread sticks to offer at the counter and were happy to pass them out. All tables were clean, food was great, bathrooms were clean. This is a well managed place with excellent staff.

Came here as a stop on a road trip because they closed all the Fazoli’s close to home. The food was excellent, and the service was as well. Allison was the only one tending to the whole dining room which saw people come and go throughout dinner. She was so nice and helpful. Thank you!!

This morning I received a promotional email from Fazoli’s, because I have their app on my IPhone and we’ve eaten there numerous times in the past. They were advertising a free regular order of spaghetti and meatballs if you order another meal. We had some shopping to do in Ankeny anyway, so off we went. I ordered the Spaghetti and meatballs and Pam, the ravioli and a salad. I ask for extra marinara sauce with the spaghetti, as you can see from the second photo. Both of our meals were clear off the charts in deliciousness, we left totally stuffed and satisfied, actually weren’t even hungry for dinner tonight. I’ve eaten a lot of pasta over the years and have found what I believe are the two best sauces ever. one made by my wife Pam and the other, Fazoli’s. I’ve learned by experience it’s a waste to even try it anywhere else. Sorry, I almost forgot to mention how wonderfully hot and tender those delicious breadsticks were.
We’ve always had excellent food and service at this Fazoli’s Ankeny location, but today was without a doubt the very best ever, which I attribute in large part to Nathan our server, we found him to be very polite, accommodating and helpful.
Pam and I give this Fazoli’s location a four thumbs up recommendation.

The blonde lady working in the morning as 0 costumer service skills. I walked in just 2 minutes before they opened today (12/2) (which was my fault because I thought they opened at 10am), the doors were already open and unlocked. I’m met with this lady just staring at me with a mean mug on her face. So I ask “oh you aren’t open?”, and she says “no we open at 10:30 like any other day” continuing the mean mug and ended with an eye roll as I walked out. Any other place would have just taken my order or kindly asked me to wait my 2 minutes. I left.

I came through and have never had such wimpy lasagna before here!! Smallest piece as well as thin and the breadsticks and I ordered extra were hardly cooked and flimsy. Really bad food! Really frustrated as ai couldn’t go back I had to work!

Wonderful staff, they were so friendly and patient with us. We had multiple children with us that were deciding what they wanted. The employees dropped a few breadsticks and made sure to update us and brought some right out to us to replace them. They were phenomenal!! The he environment was cleaned up right after customers left. I was very impressed
