First time doing a online order, kinds scared me. Filled out what I would like, very easy straight forward. Plus a coupon woohoo. Got there to pick it up, girl at the counter smiling greeting me ( sorry I forgot your name Hun). Asked if she could help me, thank goodness cause I had no clue what I was doing. Told her I was there for a pick up. Asked my name, left to go get it. Smiled as she gave it to me, asked if I needed anything else. Got to the car to pig down… Food was hot tasted great, actually have enough left over for tomorrow. All in all great job guys I appreciate it. Ohh shoot forgot the paper stapled to the sack had 5 things for them to check off to make sure I was getting what I ordered and it is also verified. Like I said great job guys!

Service was very fast through drive thru. I had the chicken Alfredo and it was super watery and bland. Wife had lasagna and it was good. Breadsticks were ok. Guy working the window seemed really upset about something and had an unpleasant demeanor.

I’ve been coming to Fazoli’s for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve seen changes in staff and management, which has had its ups and downs.
The building itself could benefit from a deep clean and some much-needed remodeling. It looks like there have been some efforts to freshen things up inside, but there’s definitely still room for improvement. On the bright side, the parking lot has been repaved and is in much better shape than it used to be.
As for the food, dine-in portions are more generous than what you get through the drive-thru. I’ve also had great experiences using Fazoli’s for catering. They are reliable, timely, and well-prepared.
What truly made my most recent visit stand out was the exceptional service I received from the team. Sarah, Abby, and another young lady (whose name I didn’t catch) went above and beyond. They made sure our orders were accurate, treated us with kindness, and handled a minor issue with empathy and professionalism. I didn’t even ask for a resolution, but they made sure I left completely satisfied. The food came out hot and fresh, and the overall experience was better than I’ve had at more expensive places.
If every visit was as great as this one, I would return more often. I’d much rather spend my money here than at other restaurants offering lower quality food and service for the same or even higher price.

Horrible, horrible and horrible!!! Would give no stars if possible. It was like eating a pound of salt. That was all we tasted was salt. We had to throw away our meals and $20 down the drain too, during hard times. I just wanted to treat my sister who was visiting and I haven’t seen in awhile. Big disappointment!! We usually get really good food here. Don’t think I’ll be going back. My taste buds for Lasagna have been ruined

Used the drive thru to order. Ordered the new loaded ravioli and it was perfect even after the trip back home. Also ordered the loaded chicken fettuccine Alfredo, needed just a little salt but was also really great. Got an Italian sandwich for a snack later in the evening and when I unwrapped it and ate it that very good. The cashier that was helping us was very sweet with us taking a couple minutes to figure out what we wanted to eat and how large our total order was.
