The portions on the house side salad and the ultimate sampler should be twice what they were for the price! the cashier screwed up and charged me for an ultimate spaghetti instead of the ultimate sampler, they didn’t have any sweet tea made! the only good thing about this visit was the never-ending breadsticks

this place should be on Kitchen Nightmares. I paid $6 for this and it looks like the food from my high school cafeteria but tastes even worse. these slices are about 5 inches long if that. I cannot believe they are trying to pass this off as pizza. and it was barely cooked except for the burnt cheese.

The food was okay it’s been better during prior visits. Pizza was over cooked and hard/dry. They didnt know how to apply their own coupon/promotion digital which took the manager to properly apply after paying and being overcharged. The food did not come out at the same time waited 10 to 20 mins after food first came then the rest of your meal which partially was overcooked and in edible and my ceasar salad was a bowl of lettuce and mozzarella cheese….lol basically it would appear the staff is very young and under trained so while they probaly could careless as they bicker amongst eacother (the employees) while they take your order….it feels like amaueter hour at this location..I am a former experienced highly successful manager and while observing this operation I determined the food is at risk with all the poor service and lack of leadership to hold the business accountable or to be responsible so my opinion is to steer clear of this location until under new management and service members or take the risk with your family is not worth it. There are many other places close by that are much more impressive, and the foods better and the service is beyond what fazolis provides. Check my reviews go ear at other places near by they are affordable also.

This restaurant has really gone downhill. The bathrooms were in rough shape and not the cleanest. Our bread sticks tasted like they may have been freshly made… yesterday. And the poor girl working the counter by herself was obviously new, but didn’t have any other employees around to help her. We didn’t have a terrible experience, but for the price we paid ($46 for 4 meals), we could have eaten at a sit-down restaurant and had more food of better quality.

Place has really lowered their standards. Now smaller portions for the senior menu. Pasta was cold. Breadsticks were burnt and didn’t have the garlic butter on them. Bathroom was dirty.
Employees were having fun and dancing when we entered. I’m wondering if they worked a little harder and danced a little less, maybe it woukd have been a better experience.
What looks like all new employees. I’m wondering if it has all new management/ ownership.
If you look at recent reviews, many are complaining and leaving one star. Use to be friendly employees and very helpful. They got rid of one gal who was their best employee. So sad to see them going out.

Nice restaurant. My mom and I had special lunch combo for $5.00. Lasagnas , salad, bread sticks were very good. The staff were friendly there. We will come back again and have different meals.
