Amanda really did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service! The food was great as well. This was me and my wife’s first time coming here, and we’ll definitely be making a stop the next time we’re in the area, Lord willing. Plus, the rest of the staff were on point with the bottomless. While the food tasted fine I didn’t get the large alfredo sauce for my breadsticks that was paid for, I paid an extra $3 for 4 tiny pieces of Italian sausage to be added to my chicken fettuccine alfredo and the salad was not in a separate bag and was sat on top of hot food causing it to warm up and wilt. Definitely not happy with that outcome

Great service spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs was extremely cold have them remade it and there was so much water at the bottom of the bowl on the second one the sauce wouldn’t even stick to the spaghetti so it was like eating plain spaghetti noodles

Food was fresh and delicious, and honestly pretty cheap for the amount and quality of the food. The dining area was clean and spacious. The staff are friendly. Mikayla was very attentive during our visit; truly above and beyond service! I can’t believe I don’t come here more often!

I asked to speak to the manager, Jeremy, who I have previously spoken to. I was told he left the premise and I noticed that there were only 3 employees running the store. I mean this in the nicest way possible, but how could a manager not help with running the store? I often notice how understaffed this specific location is, and how busy they are. I will be returning in the future in hopes that this issue is fixed.
