Staff are really friendly and I can tell they’re good people. Problem is how underfunded they are by their company. While dinning in I noticed a Plethora of flies near the drink machine and found one in my order of Alfredo for the breadsticks. I hate to give such a bad review because, again, the people who work here are super nice and I can tell the problem is with the corporation

GROSS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give this store a 0 star, I would. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Absolute GARBAGE service, lady at the window had no clue what she was doing or how to ring us up. She tried charging us almost $3 for a cup of water when every other Fazoli’s I have ever been to, the water is free. The sign advertised a “small” Alfredo for $7. She tried telling us both the small and regular were both priced over $10 and she CHARGED US THAT. when we got our meals, this is what we got. They were put in the bag sideways and spilled everywhere. Made a total mess and we ended up throwing it out. What a joke of a place!

Not a normal Fazoli’s experience. They were out of half of their drink options at only 7pm. The were not trying to be quiet when talking bad about and making jokes about the customers/the customer’s orders. Also.. the breadsticks they brought out looked like the saddest things.. like they’d been run over.

The employees were nice however our order was incorrect, all the tables were dirty, the trash was overflowing when we got there, floor dirty, the pop machine was nasty (sticky junk all over it and hair on it). They were not busy at all. Broom was setting out with a pile of dirt that wasn’t swept up during our visit and wasn’t cleaned up the entire time we were there.Definitely will not be returning by choice

Its was great at first the. I was clearly helping my son with AAC device and my food got knocked over . both employees were watching me clean up while one on phone. I tried throwing away trash it wa full overflowing .well guess headed home to eat . 5o$ altogether I had to purchase more sauce and cheese because my kids wanted spaghetti not plain noodles. Mine sampler was almost 10 $ no plates had to ask seversl times and breadsticks. So guess should waited to give him a tip . 5$ for being nice when they wouldnt help went up nobody around. I will not go back nasty I even dumped the tea and cleaned off counter . he’s was nice but the place a mess. Not worth money .

The Gm of fazolis catered my grandmothers funeral. It was the kindest thing anyone could’ve possibly done. The food was filling, delicious and fresh!!!! Love the Shelbyville fazolis and it’s crew!

I was thinking it was just a one off, but after reading the reviews it is safe to assume they are just permanently out of Coke.
If you come for dinner they will be out of quite a bit, and if you come after 7:30? You have to order to-go, or at least that’s what the customer who came in after me was told. (I must have just missed the cutoff)
Overall, if I am finishing work in this area again, and get hungry……

Went through drive thru after to work. The weather is terrible and after getting home my daughter finds a giant black hair baked in her cheese tortellini after 3 bites. And the breadsticks were old. I tried to call just to let them know that someone obviously needs a hair net, but no answer.

Chicken was dry and overcooked. And no one bothers to refill the coke machine. No diet anything. I was at restaurant for 30 minutes and no one refilled the machine. Staff continue to sell drinks when they know the machine is out of ALL popular choices. Not to mention they are sold out if lasagna.
