Everything was super authentic, and it was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was great. Gabe was an amazing guy who made sure we had everything we needed at all times. He seemed like he was training somebody at the same time and he was juggling all sorts of tasks but yet he made us feel like we were put first thank you so much for this.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Fazoli’s! I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Colten was especially patient and helpful. The food was delicious. The dining area was very clean and it takes a lot to impress me on that point. Great experience!

Walking in from the parking lot, Laron saw us coming in and walked out and opened the door for us. He greeted us with a smile. He also walked by our table, smiled and said Hi again. What he didn’t know was it had been a long day and it was nice and unexpected to be greeted and treated this way. Honestly, the whole staff was pleasant and friendly.
