I had never been to a fast food Italian restraunt before. We had a party of 2. They treated us well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good for the price. Atmosphere was good. I enjoyed my experience. I won’t go here often, but I had a solid experience nonetheless.

The cleanliness of the dining area is pretty freaking clean. I do like the drink bar they have where you get your drinks, utensils, etc. I also like that you go up to the counter, order food, take a number, and go sit down. They bring the food to you. The shrimp fettuccine Alfredo is perfect. The thickness of the sauce is just right.

I’ve to quite a few familiar across the country and this restaurant by far was the best. Lorre did a great job taking our order. She was very pleasant. She brought our food to the table then was constantly checking on other customers, cleaning tables and serving new customers. What a hustler. The cook did a fantastic job on our meals. It was a week day lunch so kinda busy. Ordered on the touch screen but had questions. The cashier, Penny helped me figure it out. The receipt didn’t print but I guess that’s fine.. Food was ready quick and was very hot! Miss Penny did a great job taking orders, getting bread sticks and cleaning up. Much better than last time. It was awesome ago when we went in the evening and couldn’t even get 1 bread stick even though I asked multiple times.. great service today! We got Chicken Alfredo with mushrooms and it was amazing! Shrimp and mushrooms added to Alfredo Lasagna roll Duo but will get it plain next time.

I hant been to a Fazoli’s in years and honestly forgot how nice they were. The food was good my 5 yo loved her fettuccine Alfredo and my father liked his lasagna. My pizza was excellent. Defiantly will come here again.

Ok- I’ve gotten Fazolis for YEARS. But it’s been honestly a year or so since I got it. I am an avid fettuccine Alfredo lover and Fazolis has always been kind of mid for me. I don’t know what they did to change it but EVERYTHING is better about it times ten! Noodles seem softer and fresher and the sauce is so much better (less watery) than it used to be! It’s up there now with one of the better local Alfredo’s. Keep it up Fazolis!

Fazolis is one of my favorite fast food places. Loree was the best! The place was busy with a few parties. Loree was doing it all… taking orders, serving, & bussing… even while interacting with the kids! The restaurant was clean, she was efficient and super friendly!

I wanted to give a special thanks to Loree. Everytime I visit, she is welcoming, remembers my name, and shares me offerings or the deals of the day with me. She does an excellent job and makes sure we are always well taken care of.
Fazolis is nostalgic for me. I went to a Fazolis almost every Sunday after church with my great grandparents and grandparents growing up. I appreciate that the staff and the warm/welcoming feeling I get everytime I visit for a good meal.

not enough sauce on spaghetti. I’m not blaming the workers, because it did look like enough sauce. I’m not complaining but when you mix it together, their just isn’t enough sauce to cover all the noodles and then it just tastes like plain noodles lol. I mean, pasta water probably would’ve helped but it wasn’t the worst. although and albeit, the bread sticks are fire if you dio them in the sauce, whether it’s a lot of sauce or not. I’ll definitely eat their again but I’ll older inside next time and ask for extra sauce
