They were really fast this time. We don’t come here often but when we do we usually wait at least 20 minutes (not complaining I would rather have good hot food, not cold or old!) Was just super surprised at how quick they got our food done. It’s always pretty excellent.

The guy at the front (I don’t know his name but he had a cross necklace on) who took our order was super nice and very helpful! He asked several times during our dining if we needed anything and was just super friendly and told us to have a good night. Very pleased !!!

First timers. My husband ordered the Italian sub and said it was the best he’s had in a while.
I ordered the ultimate sampler plate that included lasagna, spaghetti with meat sauce and a meatball, ziti with marinara and fettuccine alfredo with unlimited breadsticks. The pasta was cooked well but the sauces kind of plain. I enjoyed the variety this plate offered.
I felt it was a good portion for the price. They serve Pepsi products and tea. They also have side salads and limited deserts.

I ordered food for 60 people for a reception. Mark could not have been nicer or more helpful! When I picked up the food, the employees were wonderful. They loaded everything in my car and were so friendly. The food I ordered was so good. Baked penne pasta, baked fettuccine Alfredo, meatballs, salad, and those breadsticks!!! This may be a chain restaurant but it has a neighborhood restaurant feel. Highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you!!

It was a great experience the last time I was at Fazoil’s I was 16 years old. I love Italian food. Leo the assistant manager here at Fazolis was amazing. He’s very social and warming. He makes you feel welcome and makes you want to just stay. I’m from Columbus Ohio and came to visit my mom. I would definitely come when he’s working because the food is fresh and warm.

We go to Fazoli’s on days we like to go out to eat. Service is fast. Atmosphere is nice. Food is really good. I particularly like the spaghetti with meatballs and my wife likes the Fettuccine. Love the extra garlic bread sticks too!

I noticed almost immediately there was a change. Staff and management were friendly, the food came out faster than ever (even for a busy Friday evening) and the food was great. My only complaint is that the garlic sticks were lacking garlic butter. But that may just be a personal preference. On the plus side, it kept me from over eating them! ☺️
