Staying at the great wolf lodge and the food was very filling after a whole swim day. It’s quiet and very clean and relaxing comparing to all the kids at the lodge haha, Melissa was our server she gave us stickers and was very friendly! Highly recommend stopping in. $25 for 2 kids meals, an ultimate sampler with loads of breadsticks and couple drinks. They also let us modify the sauce on one of options on the sampler so it didn’t have meat which was helpful!

Our fazolis closed in Toledo. It was a great experience to come here and relive our childhood memories of going to fazolis. Gray food, quick service . Missy was very attentive the whole time coming to our table multiple times to check on us. Couldn’t be happier

I went to the drive through to get some bread sticks. That’s all. So I ordered 6 bread sticks through the drive through. I got to the window and paid for them. The people there are so nice. Then I leave with my bread sticks. When I opened the bag . . . you’ll see the picture. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They’re so greasy. You could see the pockets of grease in the bread themselves. The bread is so heavy that you can’t even hold the bread – It just falls apart because it is so heavy with the grease. I don’t know if it’s not cooked all the way, or what. I don’t know. It is just the most disappointing four dollars i’ve ever spent. And yes, the bread sticks were in chunky little pieces like in the picture – all. squeezed and twisted and flattened and barely any actual bread with all that grease. It sucks. Definitely not “Olive Garden” quality, but the service was fast and the food was standard. Great for when you’re in a pinch for time. Portions were decent except the kids meals – very little ravioli for one order and lots of penne for the other. All the high chairs had broken straps and were dirty.

I had an amazing experience at Fazoli’s in Sandusky thanks to Missy! She went above and beyond with her friendly attitude and great service. She made sure everything was perfect — from checking on our table to making us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to see someone so upbeat and caring these days. Fazoli’s is lucky to have her! I’ll definitely be coming back because of Missy’s outstanding hospitality.

We’ve been coming here for many years after Cedar Point for cheap and delicious food. We never wait for long and the workers are always friendly. Today we had a large group of 12 and they took care of us by helping us make a decision on what would feed our group best and then they made sure we had fresh breadsticks and boxes for our meals to go. Thanks Sandusky Fazolis crew for taking care of us.

My most pleasant experience at Fazoli’s. The lady who took our order and served us throughout our stay was remarkable!! Her name is Missy. She did more than the usual/expected she went above and beyond offering us things like a cookie that was still in it’s packaging complete safe just broken without charge. Being in the food industry myself I know that cookie would have been thrown out anyways so it’s nice that she offered it to us. Also at the end of our time there we got a box for some leftover food and she brought us extra bread sticks in a togo bag, she was very sweet!! And made our time there that much more enjoyable and pleasant. The place was clean, and the food was good!! But definitely excellent service from the lady’s who kept checking on us. The prices are about the usual prices pretty much everywhere now for going out to eat, running between $10-20 for most meals but they do have some cheaper options like 5 wings for less than $10
