The ONLY reason why this review is getting 5 stars is because of the person that took care of us.
Mae took care of us today 3/2/26
Mae was very pleasant and very attentive. However, Mae is just one person and while they were trying to clean up the lobby the two folks in the kitchen, male in drive thru and female in the kitchen area were joking and playing and eating, I was left standing at the counter. This was not Mae’s fault. These other two people with no orders on screen could have stepped up to help. While the children and I were eating I noticed how people started to come in, a party of 2, a party of 3/4, they were left standing there while the other two people on the floor were talking and joking around. It wasn’t until the first party of two started to get irritated did the male from DT came over to help. restaurants require teamwork and it should not have been left to Mae alone, teamwork makes the dream work. I was recently very disappointed with this establishment. I arrived on a Saturday night at 8:10 p.m. which this location is open till 9:00 p.m. went into place my order and was told they were no longer accepting dine-in orders after waiting 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I did not want to place a carry-out order as I live a half hour away and did not want to have to reheat my food once returning home I wanted to sit down and enjoy a hot meal. However I was not given that option even though they still had other customers eating in the dining area and their hours stated they were still open for another 45 minutes. I would like to add that this would be a zero Stars unfortunately the system does not allow you to post a review unless you leave at least a one-star rating. Which I think is unfair to customers who do not wish to leave a favorable rating of any kind

The food , the atmosphere , the staff and management is amazing. They always greet at the door, the waiters are very professional and know how to take good care of the clients. Of all the Longhorns I visited this is my favorite one. My husband loves the ribeye steak, I love The renegade sirloin, my son the chicken tenders. The chicken wings as a starter are really delicious. Also the potato soup. They have great team here. They have the whole package! Thanks!

I haven’t been to a Fazoli’s forever because I don’t live near one anymore. Passing through the area, we opted to stop for dinner along our travel route. The food has changed a lot in 15+ years since I’ve dined at a Fazoli’s, but it was good. The servings were still generous. The store was very clean and the staff was incredibly nice.

For a chain this place is great. Inexpensive and everything comes with garlicky bread sticks with free refills. Can’t beat the price, portions are large and flavorful. Staff at this location is really attentive and kind.

Listen, I don’t got time for fancy-schmancy Italian joints where they charge you thirty bucks for a plate of spaghetti and act like they’re doin’ you a favor. Nah. I want real food, hot, fast, and plenty of it, without some kid in a bowtie lookin’ down his nose at me.
So I hit this Fazoli’s the other night—yeah, the chain one, whaddya gonna do? Walk in, place feels clean, bright, none of that dim-lit “romantic” bullshit that makes you wonder if the kitchen’s hidin’ somethin’. Girl behind the counter’s smilin’, quick, no attitude. Good start.
I go for the baked spaghetti with meatballs—big portions, sauce got that nice tang, not too sweet like some places try to pull. Meatballs? Solid. Not Nonna’s, but they ain’t rubber either. Then the fettuccine Alfredo—creamy, cheesy, sticks to your ribs like it should. But lemme tell ya the real hero here: those garlic breadsticks. Unlimited? You kiddin’ me? They keep comin’ hot, buttery, garlicky, soft in the middle, crisp on the outside. I musta put away a dozen. Paulie Walnuts woulda cried tears of joy.
Pizza’s decent too—thick crust, pepperoni done right, not that greasy crap you get some places. Whole family walked out stuffed, happy, and my wallet didn’t feel like it got whacked.
Service? Fast. Friendly. No drama. Place was spotless. For what it is—quick Italian-American, family-style without the family drama—it’s a home run. Five stars, no question. You want authentic Milan? Go to Milan. You want good grub that don’t break the bank and leaves you satisfied? Fazoli’s. Period.
I’d take the crew here any day over waitin’ two hours for some overpriced plate. Capisce? Go get yourself some breadsticks. You’ll thank me later.
