I would give this place five star for their customer service and probably a two-star for the quality of food. I feel bad for only giving two star for the quality of food because I’m not a big fan of pasta to start with. Restaurant itself was extremely clean and the customer service was very nice. It was kind of like going into a fast food version of Olive garden.

Such a clean place to eat. Nice people working there. Fazoli’s food is so economical and tasty as well. Quantity is also good. The spicy chicken ziti is delicious. Do try their chicken Alfredo it is so yummy with garlicky. I give all 5 star for good people who maintain clean place which gives us good dining experience.

Lana was absolutely wonderful to us she came and kept checking up on us and the chicken Alfredo and the salad was delicious and the breadsticks were delicious too the Dr Pepper was so delicious and nice and cold and refreshing. We ordered food and the food came out quick and everything was delicious with good service.
I would recommend this place to anyone just traveling through Zanesville for a quick bite

I had never been to a fazoli’s before and was pretty excited by what I experienced today. We got real silverware, and served on real plates, our table got bussed at the end of the meal, they had your own pepper and salt shakers as well as chili flakes it was basically like eating at Olive Garden but without paying the olive garden price and the food was like on par if not better. I will definitely be back and the staff was awesome.

Never ate Fazoli’s and today after work decided to take my kids. The staff was friendly and helped when needed. The food was very good. It was like fast food but fancy restaurant. The building was very clean and nice looking. One of the staff member Johnathan C. Was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Fazoli’s failed again! Tried the dine in experience this time. The dining room looks uninspired! Like a school cafeteria. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted bland. The garlic bread was overwhelmed with spices. The cheese on the side salad and, yet again, the wings tasted old. This was their second chance. I will NOT give them a third!! We were refunded our money. The only good experience we had was from the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

I ordered through Doordash. They are very generous with the portions. I got spaghetti with meatballs, I should have ordered extra meatballs as they send a lot of noodles. Hahaha. They also send a dozen extra breadsticks! I recommend this branch. Two thumbs up!

Don’t waste your time reaching out to me. I won’t be back. There is a reason why this place is dead at noon on a weekday. Four cars in a row were asked to pull forward or in a parking spot (what are the odds nothing was ready). Sounds like it was done to show quick ticket orders. Waited 10 mins for old pizza and stale breadsticks. Gas station pizza was 10x better. Only giving two stars on service because the employee apologized for the wait

Hands down the. BEST. Wings. Around. My wife and I share a lunch sampler and then get an order of 10 sweet, boneless wings. Their slushies are also great.
