I placed a mobile app order in which I got $5 off since I’m a new user
I’m not going to lie I had a bit of skepticism that they’d accurately make everything without errors or missing items because it was a larger order.
Boy was I wrong. They got everything right and the food was piping hot even with my 24 minute commute (granted I did use a hot bag).
The only issues are the Alfredo sauce has an odd aftertaste and the breadsticks could use more of a garlic flavor.
But overall my family and I ate very satisfied. I wish they had a closer location to us but if the the service and food will be this fresh and welcoming we don’t mind making a trip!
Shoutout to the hard working staff tonight! They’re doing a great job!!!

We ordered 2 half dishes of fettuccine Alfredo and one large jumbo stuffed shell, a Italian sub, carbonara and a side of broccoli. Let me tell you the side of broccoli is a HUGE let down. Fazolis should be ashamed of themselves, broccoli is nothing.

I havent been to a Fazoli’s since I lived in Indiana and when I went to this location (Which is the closest to me) I was excited to go since I wanted pasta. Once I arrived the place was actually really clean which was nice to see but once we ordered our food and sat down that is when everything started going wrong. I ordered the spicy chicken ziti and my chicken was extremely overcooked and my girlfriends dish was overcooked as well. The breadsticks were perfect and the cheesecake was great as well. Really sad that the food was overcooked and tasted weird

Food tastes good, a little over priced, as it is almost as expensive as Olive Garden when you get a comparable meal, just no tip. The bread sticks are too soggy with “butter”. They could save money and leave bread sticks plain and let you have your own butter to dip them in.

Ive been going here almost 10 years and I usually take out or get delivery and I know I can count on my meal to be a good meal. Of course it’s not perfect, which I’ve learned usually means either the person who cooks is out or a new person is learning. During that time I usually just come around 2-3 weeks later and the meals are back to being delicious to my preference. The staff are welcoming and calm. They are respectful and knowledgeable. The deals are nice and the reward app is easy to use.

First time here to this particular chain of restaurant in over 15 years as back we’re I’m from they went out of business. Got here before they got busy very fast attentive service when checking out very reasonable portion of food for how much you pay the bread sticks are still the didn’t care for the pasta that I chose pizza was okay the icey we got was very delicious highly recommend that but overall highly recommend this restaurant establishment.

This Fazoli’s is exceptionally clean and neat. At least one staff member is roaming the dining room cleaning tables, refilling the condiment station, and checking on customers. The food is okay, especially for a fast food restaurant, but not exceptional. Prices are reasonable. The lunch specials are only $6.99, and include 2 entrees or 1 entree and a salad, plus a drink and unlimited bread sticks. Can’t go wrong with that price. Great staff.
