I’ve placed 3 orders within the last few months at Henderson, KY location. One time witnessed employees in the food kitchen area vaping out in the open around my food. Another time witnessed an employee eating out in the open directly in front of my food and the food counter.

Meat sauce too salty, I asked for pepper and crushed red pepper and didn’t receive. I’m positive the little girl rolled her eyes when I went to use my rewards. I felt a certain way so I asked her if she rolled her eyes. She denied but I addressed it so that she would know I noticed it. Afterwards her manners became very polite. I never should of had to address the action for her demeanor to change. Working in customer service you have to check and keep your actions in line.

Im sitting in a grade school recess where the kitchen staff and boy taking the dine in orders loudly holding inappropite conversation about Disney mice, rats, poor food prep skills snd stael food…while ignoring customers seeking to place an order. Only the young lady working the drive thru had any semblence of professional behavior.
The establishment is filthy, the service is terrible. Henderson wants to drsw tourists but this is the norm of every restaurant in the town.
Stop hiring children! This is why my dining dollars are spent in Evansville!

Most depressing Fazoli’s I’ve ever been to. Staff was ok I guess, more so had a problem with the food and drinks. Was given a Italian ice drink that tasted like chemicals and was half melted when they handed it to me, my plate was dirty I ordered Alfredo pesto, it had a dried crusted red sauce stain on it. Noodles tasted like that sat under a heat lamp or something. Garlic bread was half dough and had zero flavor to it. My mother’s salad was mostly wilted. This sort of stuff is unacceptable. Depressing and disgusting experience here at this location.
Spoke to the manager, she didn’t have a name tag, was too busy on a smoke break to talk to me and when she did she was incredibly rude about everything.

I have eaten here 2 times so far. Working close to this location. Food has been really good. Also employees are very nice and courteous. Thanks to the staff for doing a wonderful job.

Avoid at all cost. Went there tonight November 8,2022. 7:30 pm. Ordered $40.00 worth of food and one being a family meal. All 3 FAMILY size sauces, 1 meat sauce and 2 alfredo all 3 are ICE COLD and filled not even half full. Out of all 3 containers these combined would fill ONE family size saice so I was ripped off of 2 family size sauces at the cost of 10 dollars! This meal came with 2 large round containers of noodles and out of all 3 sauces this was not enough to cover even 1 container of noodles. This is a joke. Do not spend your money here. Prices for what I was served are ridiculous. I have attached pictures. As you can see the sauce containers but not the ice cold sauce inside. Also 7 pm at night they have a recording at the drive thru saying they are closed and to come back during normal business hours. This is in hopes people drive off. I however pulled around and went inside to see why there sign says open until 10 pm and they say there drive thru is messed up since the tome change…..3 days ago. I wonder how many customers they have lost due to this. Probably a good thing seeing what i received. I wish i would have drove off as well.

I had such a wonderful experience at Fazoli’s that I just had to share! The food was delicious as always—fresh, flavorful, and served hot—but what truly made my visit exceptional was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I wish I would have grabbed names but the staff working 06/01/25 at 1PM provided 5 star service!!
