We had to wait on our food. We only received breadsticks with the order and no more were served. But we had an employee being overly helpful wanting to get our dishes! Ruined our conversations and basically we all got up and left. We love this chain however, As a former restaurant owner, I feel safe in saying this location has management problems.

Cashier could have been a little more friendly and welcoming, the server was great, nice smile and friendly, food is excellent, atmosphere, it’s a small area attached to a gas station like you’d see off a highway while traveling, so that held us off from trying it but glad we did.

I gave it five stars because as Fazoli’s goes this is a good one. I am not a fan of Fazoli’s but again this one is a good one with good staff and clean. Food is Fazoli’s food. Same as other places. Good place to chase away hunger. Again this is one of the better Fazoli’s I have been to.. I went back again and it got promoted to best Fazoli’s I have been to. What I said above was still true.
