Every time we visit, Jacob in the drive thru always works with us to get us the best deals. As a family of 8, getting the best price is important and he is a great help to make sure we aren’t overpaying and also getting enough for everybody. Jacob has worked there for a long time and definitely knows his stuff!!

Ok, this was my second visit to Fazoli’s. Both times I ordered the baked spaghetti and meatballs and both times there were no meatballs. Being new to this restaurant, I didn’t want to post a negative review without research. According to their website, there’s supposed to be 3 meatballs included. The flavor was good, the bread sticks were fantastic and the service was great. I might try them one more time but it kind of stinks I have to remind them what comes with the meal.

I had such a great experience at Fazoli’s thanks to Noah Carver in the drive-through! He was so kind, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s not every day you get service with such a positive attitude, and it really made my visit stand out. He double-checked my order, was very polite, and you could tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy. Fazoli’s is lucky to have such a great employee, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
